Damn, way much money for a 30 year old Supra but it's in amazing condition. Sold for $19,900: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1983-TOYOTA-SUPRA-22-496-MILES-ONE-OWNER-5-SPEED-MANUAL-EXCEPTIONAL-CONDITION-/111238265466?ViewItem=&item=111238265466&nma=true&si=asp9wEn1uB5WU66CUy8pvO%252FYHlo%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
That and any giant Ford/Dodge pick-up trucks.

But, it's cuz I'd probably fall on my face climbing out of one (which I almost did once) and that'd be very embarrassing.
Nothing more embarrassing than trying to be all macho and manly (although, I think it isn't) in some lifted, huge-@$$ pickup truck...and then, the driver, all extreme and cool in his Ed Hardy tee, Blue-Steel pucker, and whatever else is hiphop cool tries to climb out, instead, falls on his face.

What man doesn't like an old fashioned hummer?
About the Mini, I keep hearing people say that the new models are too soft. I do remember the JCW my sister in law had was amazingly fun to drive... Dunno bout the new ones.
Mini coupe is

Owner is taking the wheels back, so what am I saving myself besides what appears to be an exhaust? Subaru priced me one new at $29K.

Rumor is that they will increase displacement to 2.5l during the MMC - probably in 2015. No idea if it would be a different trim level though.
Yes, wheels, tires, and taillights from factory are horrendous. I wonder what that blue one is lowered on.
Have you tried that dealer in Colorado? They've been selling below MSRP and shipping to you shouldn't be too much more. They've shipped cars to a lot of forum members and they've all been very happy with their purchase.

If I was going to go that route, I'd probably look at an A3 diesel instead. Just a little bit nicer. The R is a fallback if the S3 ends up being $48K.
But I'll be looking at the GS350 (used), the Allroad (used), the S3, the R, and probably a couple others in the $35-40K range.
