Looks great, even with the AT. Love the centre console.

Ironic that it's being sold at Rice Toyota...

I love how older interiors were very driver centric. I miss that.

I really like the tach front and center.

Just got in an '08 Gallardo here at work & probably going to be sold for around $110,000. Grey w/ the original Cassiopeia wheels in black. Very nice car & well taken care of.

I thought about making the conversion to manual but it was too much work. AT works just fine.

Well I came close to putting in an order for the Focus ST, but Acura has finally pulled through and my salesman notified me yesterday that my TL will go into production on 10/1 with delivery one to two weeks after. Finally after three months...

Good grief, three months. Acura cannot afford to do that to customers. They're just lucky you're patient.

It's been one hell of a process. Twice I came close to purchasing something else. I wish Acura didn't make the 6MT so damn rare and hard to get. I'm sure they mostly care/prioritize the other 95% of the market and potential customers.

Also shopping during the summer right before a model year changeover isn't the best, either.

Man, the new F-Type Jag looks amazing.

If the XK is an $80k car, does that mean the F-Type might start in the mid-upper $50s?

I love the F-Type. I think $50k would be a fair estimate.

I just saw this on FB...

Mercedes needs to make a good looking red. Or make cars that look good in red.

That's what I thought as well, but back when it was still known as the C-X16, one source said it may start around £50,000, which I think is around $80,000 in US dollars?

Which wouldn't make sense considering the XK price. I'm betting $60,000 like you since it's supposed to fall under the XK.

That's including their VAT which is like 15-17% IIRC.

18,000 miles for $110,000 and a 6-speed at that. Price is right for what's equipped, but I can tell you it's possible to pay the same price for half the miles.
I'm sure it'll move quick though.

Sounds right - dealer in the area is selling a 2007 with 8k miles for 130k...it will drop to 115k in a week or so. Looks nice but priced a little high

I'm basing that assuming on the dealer always coming in too high and having to cut the price

I think a lot of people in the area buy them and think its going to be awesome and then get bored.

Not as big as they appear & it depends on the car. Gallardo 5.0s aren't flooding the market as much as they used now that people have moved on to the LP560.

The only manufacturer that seems to consistently have a large market is whatever mainstream Ferrari is currently for sale.

The thing is that people do just that; they buy them new & then trade them in. That's why after a couple years, 458s, MP4-12Cs, & whatever else is hot will have a large used market. 5-8 years after that though, they dwindle & the next big supercars will be all over the market.

We do that sometimes, but we only cut the price a week or so right before it gets ready to go auction (which is actually the best time for us to make an offer). Other times, we need to move cars fast & for a good price for the dealer, so they're immediately up for wholesale.

As far as I know, we have a '10 SRT8 Charger & a '12 5.0 GT C/S that came in less than a week ago ready to go on that plan.

Motor Trend Video Head 2 Head: Cadillac ATS 2.0T 6MT vs BMW 328i 6MT

Interesting video comparison. Cadillac does VERY well against BMW. The ATS sounds like a fantastic car. I hope it sells well.

Car is '11 w/ 30,000 miles, but has a short throw shifter & Borla exhaust (dent in one of the resonators though). Hasn't been officially given a price yet til' they detail it, but I've already got an inside ear from the techs who did the PDI on what it should be worth. So, if it is indeed that price, I'll make an offer on by Saturday & maybe have a new toy.

Sources say it'll start at $69k for the 3.0L 340hp version. I think that's a lot of money TBH. Should have started about $9k cheaper.

But it's still gorgeous.

The new season of Wheeler Dealers started tonight. They did an E39 M5, and it only furthered my lust for that vehicle.

Fifth Gear comes to the Velocity Channel next week too. Yea, its not Top Gear, but its certainly not Motorweek
