Looks like a copy of the MDX interior.

I'm actually kinda excited to see how Acura's Engine Start/Stop button will look. I really like Infiniti's design and the pulsating light. I hope Acura does something really cool looking. IMO, one thing that Acura really lacks is something gimmicky. BMW has the Angel Eyes and Audi has the LED headlamps. Acura really needs something like this. You always hear about people putting BMW Angel Eyes on there headlights. Acura would do good if they had something that people could say "I put Acura so-and-so's on my car."

It's really not keyless start.

I still can't get over the fact that this new TL seems to have lost all of the originality of the current TL. It is so very generic and derivative looking now!
That said, the most incredible part is not how someone would design something like this (look at that ugly grille!!! Yikes...). What is the most amazing is how some people who earn a huge amount of money actually APPROVED of this design!!! Absolutely ridiculous, isn't it?

from what I see in these pictures, this is my opinion of the new TL:
The exterior, the lower grilles look funky, but with a little modding, they should look fine. The exterior lines are nice and sharp, it seperates itself from the crowd. The front end looks OK, its not like I'm in love with it like I was with the 3G Tl. The rear of the car from the pictures looks OK as well, atleast for most of it. As soon as you pass the lower reflector's its all downhill. The tips and their openings look horrible, like someone wanted so save on plastic and be able to use the exhaust tip as a shovel.
The interior is horrible, that just stops me from buying the car. From that one picture, I can see the center stack no longer luxurious. It's like the TSX, it protrudes from the front and then stops at the bottom with a cubby hole. It doesn't flow nor surround you like the RL or MDX. The switches on the sides look like they were borrowed from the new CTS and placed higher.
From what I can see, the new TL isn't in my future. But I'll give acura a chance and see if they can get their act together and somehow make the intierior upscale and "cockpit" like.

interior of new TL just looks like the TSX interior, which i can see for cost savings. nissan/infiniti all have the same interior too now, look at the 09 maxima, current g35/g37, ex35, and 09 fx, they all have about the same interior.

I think the interior looks good.
Too bad, it's not the BMW TL...probably'll be way hotter to the peeps if it were rebadged. *sigh*
