not sure if this was posted yet, but more spy shots from automotivetraveler.com by way of TOV.

it's funny, b/c even thout it's camo'ed, i feel like i can accept the grille more on this new TL than ont he TSX. i think it's just the overall front-end design that does this.
also, the backside is just ridiculous. it looks like everything is collapsing down the center with the trunk lines, bumper and lights.
someone tell acura that the entire backend of the new TL is suffering from severe negative camber.

There is nothing wrong with the grille, either.
As an aside, I heard that owners got to check out the TL for 90 seconds each. No cell phones/cameras allowed. They came away VERY excited. The more spy pics I see, the more I think this car will be a winner.
Do the differences in exhaust mean a Type S will come out at the same time?

Mind you, regardless of the badge, the RL concept was ugly as fark.
But, I digress...back to the TL!

Loving the shape of the 'power plenum' - I think its suits this car's angular profile very well. Back looks good and more importantly unique too.
I'm liking what I see so far. Hopefully the dynamics and efficiency will impress to.

Nice to see the red one, looks like the grille's shape is still there, but it won't be so emphasized with chrome or fake aluminum surrounding it. Body colored FTW

The back is gonna look busy, but overall I think it should look good! Looks like the grille is body colored, at least partly. That's an improvement over the TSX and RL grilles.

I really hope those wheels have the right offset to go on the 3G TL since I think they would look nice on a TL-S...
As for the rest of the car, the general shape looks pretty typical for the class so it will be the details in the front and rear that will either make or break the look. It has potential, as far as I can tell.

New TL seems like it will be nice. Not as exciting as it was going from 2nd gen to the 3rd gen though.

The black bra with a red outline makes the hood line drop down more than it actually does. Could someone photoshop away the bra ?

At least AM makes beautiful cars that aren't polarizing and are universally agreed upon to be nice-looking...please tell me that's not the case with the 5-series and even the 7-series.
Ugly is ugly but yet...people leghump those cars.

Thats all folks. Acura's new designs are.....well, stupid. I still doubletake at 3rd Gen TL's and 2nd Gen CL's.
The 03-04 years were the best and now its a steady decline. No V8, no 300hp+ V6, no rear wheel drive, no feature that is simply better than anyone else.
Don't hate me guys, im just dissapointed.
