Some good fitness tips in here. Everyone's body is different, so just find a routine/diet that works best for you and start there. Don't get too used to a specific workout routine for too long. Always change it up every couple weeks.

good shit swoosh! congrats! my neighbor dude has a good routine. he went from like my body to 8% and weighs like 190-195 or some shit. i wanna get like that but just can not do 2-3 hours of workout a day. that's a killer

things i need to do, stop drinking pop, stop eating snack foods and start eating veggies instead again.

used to be i would drink a ~gallon of water a day, have an apple and half a ziploc full of carrots and celery for lunch, then eat a small bowl of veggies w/ a potato/pasta/rice for dinner. lots of tea since i like that without sugar or anything like that.

now i eat whatever the fk i want, drink like 2-3 energy drinks (SF RB), and a pop daily. that right there is that 15 lbs-ish weight gain i bounced back on.

i really need my wholesome diet back, i feel like crap compared to last year

this is me on the right in 2009...38-40" waist

this is me in 2010 33-34" waist

and then this is me now in 2012 (minus my lumberjack beard now though)

pretty big changes quickly, all without having a real workout routine!

all these are me and the family, so no nasty comments or i will cut you!

^^^ hahaha i feel ya....and this is my advice:

1> Oatmeal
2> Pasta (brown)
3> Rice (brown)
4> Protein source as Chicken/Tofu/etc

and hell i spend 3 hours at Lifetime Fitness but only 45 minutes on the gym floor....15 minutes warm up (moderate ball play)....45 minute workout....15 minute cool down walk....so yeah 1 hours 15 minutes, and then i sit in the jacuzzi for atleast 30 minutes LOL....hahaha....

but yeah switch your workout every now and then, switch the exercise, rep count, sets, sitting/standing, barbell dumbbell....

i have your email id, will mail you 4-5 workouts if you want....

and yeah no SODA, no crap snacks....

take your regular sized meal and break it into 2....this is what i do:

morning 9AM: oatmeal and 2 egg whites....
11AM: lunch
2PM: 2nd lunch
5PM: protein shake OR 1scoop of protein in my oatmeal....
6PM: gym
7PM: post workout drink
9PM: dinner
11PM: light snack before bed (else i wake up in the middle of the night)....

so yeah you see 7 meals in the day

it's disgusting how much water i can drink in a sitting. usually i'll end up drinking the 32oz cup in one go, and then get the brain freeze LOL.

anil, i would appreciate that! i need something other than a bowflex and a bike. just isn't cutting it

BB.com just moved over to AZ i think

1025, 1013, and 974 are my favorites.

1025 looks very casual, almost like she didn't know her picture was being taken. Simple and elegant.

1013 reminds me of a high school senior portrait. Her expressions aren't overbearing, rather just a gentle smile.

974 captures the surroundings beautifully. It doesn't focus on the girls nor the setting, rather it incorporates everything together which I love.

Have those been edited at all? I think they could all be brightened up a little. The last one could use the same treatment but try to reduce the brightness of the sky to the right hand side. Brightening the whole shot could overexpose that area.

^^^ so they are not family ??? right !!! hahaha i didnt wanna say anything just to find out the chic is your cousin LOL.... j/k dude LOL

loved DSC_1027 pic !!! i think was very very well taken (angle/pose/lighting)....the only suggestion i have (as a consumer) is that do not have 2 models take the exact same pose and post their pix one after the other....you are marketing your photography sills and not the models....you know what i mean ???

only one of them had been edited. the rest i just uploaded and shared right away.

i tried on the last one...I don't think i did anything helpful lol, it looks awkward. either the subjects looks too bright, or the sky ends up looking to blownout.

thanks for the choices and comments Tyler, i appreciate it!

Nice shots Sean...that 2nd one above looks like it would have been a good candidate for an HDR merge to brighten up those dark areas around your models.

^^^see now in THAT pic, you look like a Vdubber (audi'er) all day long...something about the angle of your hat and that "morose youth of america" look on your face.

Just kidding...lol...you're a good sport, man. Great location for shooting too! I actually just set up a family pic for something similar. Mom and sis turned 60 and 30 this month...while sis was in town she asked for a family pic...I set up a few shots. It's hard with ocean since there's no point of reference to make the pic interesting...tried to catch skyline and some trees to help out.

J.

I let my beard grow until I can't stand it anymore and then I trim it down. I can't remember the last time I actually shaved it all the way.

I feel like a homo with all of the different colors of shirts I have. They are one color, unlike yours Sean, but I have pinks and purples and all sorts of weird shit

well i have a gutted trunk now. only the rear decklid is left.

i found 2" of water in my trunk well. FUCKKKKKKKKK

pulled one of the plugs, that's the puddle under the car (this is an hour+ later from draining fyi)....the other puddle was from the paper towel i had to wring out water from.

the back seat was also wet....dunno how the fuck that happened, because i think i found the entry of water...

so....any ideas guys? i didn't pull the weather stripping off for further investigation for a reason. when i started to, i could tell that the metal/pinch was coming undone. i sure as fuck know that's bad, so i left it. plan so far is to at least enjoy the 100+ pounds of shit i pulled out of my trunk, plus all the weight of the actual trunk liner, jack, spare, back seats, etc. then head to a body shop tomorrow to see what they say.

all i know is this car is buttfucking me without lube lately and i want to light it on fire.

oh and i wasted the time i was going to spend at the park taking pictures. gay as aids.

^^^ @ your post !!!

your weather strip is leaking !!! pop it off, check it and replace it if needed (that is if rubber is cracked/etc)....sorry you have been encountering a lot of problems lately with the car....

and hate to correct you but you have taken off exactly: 59.5 lbs....i just gutted my trunk today as well....and i took off everything in the rear seat....i lost like 150 lbs....

took a wet microfiber and cleaned it out....will be taking some pix tomorrow....

also if you take the trunk damper off, you will save another 1.5 lbs LOL....
