My car got hit by that Calgary hail storm back in either last July or August. When I went to buy it, the seller got a quote of $500 to remove all the dents but he didn't have time to do it so he deducted $500 from the cost of the car. If only I had gone to buy it a few months earlier it would have been safe . I'm a bit skeptical on those DIY dent removers. Although I really don't want to shell out $500 to fix them up. Any forum members here do body work?
Try the dent clinic on 99 st. My TSX had over $1000.00 in hail damage a couple of years ago. They did a FANTASTIC job. Was very pleased it did not have to be repainted.

Yea that was me at the movies. Went to see Fast 5 but it was sold out so saw Source Code.

I work full time monday to friday, 8 to 5 so that probably won't work out. Unless we do it monday and tuesday after work, depending how long it would take. Or maybe you can help me open them up then I can maybe put them together myself if we don't have time to finish it up.

Raj, get the trans from black gold, they have good warranty also from what I recall. Look on heeltoeauto.com for some decent clutches, for how hard you drive your car, id look into a stage two clutch, and you should get a lightened flywheel if you want your car to be faster and have quicker accel by having less rotational mass.

Edmua6, bring your car out, I'll be out at the meet and will probably drool all over your car, i def wont show my hurtbag of a TL at this time.

Anyone got any stock TL rims that they wanna sell?

yo I looked at your headlights and I noticed you blacked out the turn signal chrome as well. But I didn't notice switchbacks in there. So how can anyone see your signal lights?

And yea, you down to help me take off my bumper off and headlights and just help me take them apart. I am sure I can paint them and put them back together myself if you have no time to help me out on tuesday

why don't you get some from this site from black market? They go for around 400$ and shipping would be around 200$ maybe. Maybe less. And they are still cheaper than what people in Canada want for them.

i use a product called super cleaner and it got the job done i didnt need to scrub it or anything i like it sit for about a minute and pressure wash it. and after i washed it all off, i let it dry and use a product called meguiars engine dressing to have that glossy look finish.

Not a fan of private sales through internet, been burnt a couple times. Prefer local.

I use Zep Citrus Degreaser diluted at 3:1 for the engine bay. I also use that dilution ratio for the exhaust tips and for excessively dirty wheels. Zep is an exclusive product to Home Depot.

Has your a-spec kit arrived yet? I will help if I'm free. My TPMS still haven't arrived

How much did you end up paying for the dent removal?

Ricky I am gonna try and do my headlights this weekend, on saturday. But early in the morning after I drive my parents to the airport at 4am. If I can't do something or I get stuck, I will give you a call and we can do the kit at my house. Or if I am done the headlights that day, we can do the kit after. I can do that kit pretty fast now, especially with your help, it's just a base kit right? Not type-s rear like Arthur's? He just had to be complicated haha jk.

haha no man I am not saying I am gonna call you at 4am. That's when I am gonna drive parents to the airport. Then I am gonna attempt headlights. If the kit comes in we can do it that day, I don't think it's gonna take more than 2 hours.
