no power adapter with the watch.

Pretty sure that means the rumors on the iPhone not including one is true then.

So what's the difference between Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 5? They're using the same chip.

$279 starting price... going to be a hot seller.

I'm expecting it to sell for $249 or less during holidays.

@AZuser Also no ECG sensor in the Apple Watch SE. I'm out on that one then.

Also no always on display for the SE.

The only difference I have noticed so far with iOS 14 is the incoming calls. Otherwise it's the same for me.

Smaller popup is welcome for screening incoming calls same with Siri.

I also noticed picture in picture while I was taking a dump watching a video in one app, then switched to another app. Waiting for YouTube premium to implement this

New privacy features are nice.

Didn't really use widgets when I was using an android other than weather. Hmm.

@Costco Please spill the beans on when the new iPhone is coming out... please?

Really sad I need to wait even longer to replace my iPhone 7 Plus.

The microphone on my 7 Plus is broken, which for some reason does not allow me to take photos unless I use a 3rd party camera app and disable microphone access to it.

I really dont think a lack of a power adapter is a big deal.

How many of us have a ton spares at this point from apple and other companies? How many of us run usb hubs anyway to handle most of a multiple device charging?

Its one of those things to try and get people riled up over when, in the end, its a big old nothing burger.

I like iOS14...I like pinning my most texted people...I like being able to reply to specific comments on group chats. I put the stacked tile on my main page...so I can flip between calendar, weather, and battery on a larger tile.

Spatial Audio is trippy. If anyone else has AirPods pros...go to youtube and watch the Atmos trailer.

well those slow 5w USB-A chargers, yea I don’t ever use those.
But the 12w iPad USB-A charger, I use those all the time.

I have a feeling the rumor on removing the charger is maybe only for the USB-A ones.
the $329 2020 8th gen iPad comes with a 20w USB-C charger.
also the iPhone 11 came with the USB-A charger, while the Pro models came with the 18W USB-C charger.

the usb-c charger and cable that came with my pro is still in the box. I use a wireless charger plugged into a hub, which also charges my watch, iPad, a d other usb gadgets.

I finally made my first Siri shortcut automation. I have it set so that when I enable sleep mode manually or automatically all the Hue lights in my house turn off.

I'm still not clear how Siri Shortcuts and the "home automation" option on the Home App are different. Based on what you said, Siri just lets you do even more things, which is cool. I'll have to look into it.

I'm interested in the headphones and the HomePod mini. If those aren't in the keynote, much disappoint

I’m curious if Costco even knows that much and laughs at all the wrong rumors that are floating around.

I can answer this one:

Things are very compartmentalized though. One of my coworkers worked on the Apple Card, and I had nothing to do with it. I saw and talked to him every single day, yet I had no idea that the card was in the works.

Pre-COVID, our managers would get people from the different teams to watch keynotes together. Pretty funny when your coworkers can finally talk about something they've been working on for months.

Yeah, my buddy works in the chip division. He says, and I'm inclined to believe him, that they don't really know anything. He knows which A chip he is working on and that's about it.
