I got a leviton wall outlet that has a type-c port in it, that puts out a15w (5v x 3A) charge
I picked up a 29w Apple charger and type-c to lightning cable a few months ago because they were on sale at BB. That's come in handy a few times, I prefer quick charging over wireless

Wow the delay on the 512GB are 2-3 weeks while others are 1-2. Apple is a fucking monster.

These delayes feel a bit artifical to me. I have a feeling that come next Friday, it wont be too hard to find and phone or watch you want in a store and shipping estimates will get better.

The 5 w charger...I don't know why they didn't do better, except maybe they were trying to keep the cost down. There are all kinds of reliable and cheap USB-C high powered chargers available, however, and they work perfectly fine.
Headphones...you guys really need to stop that. Give up. It's been 4 years, for goodness sake. Headphone jacks are not coming back. Apple's hard wired DAC is not as good as LG's, anwyway.

I succumbed to an XS Max and the usual Apple leather case that I use. 
We'll see.
I use T-Mobile, so the gigabit LTE and Band 71 is my excuse. :-)
My intention was to wait to see if there really was a documented difference in the available RAM in the Max, but I was at the site anyway, and just gave in.

Just get the 12W iPad charger. They're $15 now and they charge plenty fast.
The price difference to jump up to a +18W USB-C charger isn't worth it unless you already have one.
They're not much faster than the 12W iPad charger.

The XR is a relatively good deal, but I'll have to see it in person.
The display won't be as sharp as the other iPhones, not even as good as the X.

Good to know about the iPad charger.
Main reason why I use USB-C is for Power Delivery with my Nintendo Switch. Not sure how big the battery is, but the display is large and it charges at almost 1%/min while I'm playing it.

They should just dump the 5W charger and give us the 12W iPad charger since apparently their 29w USB-C charger is so expensive for Apple to include.
i mean shit, the 12w iPad charger comes with their budget $329 iPad!

For me, not so much.
it only has two antennae, not four like the XS and Max. No gigabit LTE. Less RAM.
But I think that for a hell of a lot of people, the XR is the right iPhone.
