Better reception...WAY faster...and new larger photo sensors for the camera. I was upgrading anyway...but this is good stuff.

Yes, I do have one. Fiio for on the go, and audioengine for the desktop. I will not claim to be an audiophile, but I can appreciate the difference between some decent and really good cans.

I spent enough on the DACs and the headphones, I could have just gotten a set of Bluetooth noise cancelling cans for flights, but oh well.

A wire definitely is not as bad as requiring an adapter or two, or choosing to listen/charge but not simultaneously.

so useful for traveling.

my phone got a bit messed up when I popped in a SIM card from Japan and Vietnam last year.

also couldn't authenticate the WhatsApp app since it sent a text to my regular phone number

I'd rather support Apple, but I can't deal with the UI after being Andoid for so long.... same thing goes with being sucked into their universe of stuff.... I'm all Google/Samsung now. I feel like you need to pick one and all your toys play together much better that way.

With Apple giveback, I wonder how much they'd give me for my iPhone 6 Plus

it really needs a new battery. I charge it to 100% then just let it sit there for the day. I come back at night and it's at 60%.

They didn't announce the new Airpods but the girl running in the intro video was wearing them. She used "Hey Siri" which the current Airpods don't support
