- On Siri, "The software even has a good sense of humor. Asking it “what is the meaning of life?” will bring up a number of responses, both serious and not so serious. The first time I asked, Siri simply said “42.”

Hmmm just noticed that when you have apps to update in iOS 5, when the first app to be updated has finished downloading and is starting to install, it will start downloading the next app to be updated instead of waiting for the other app to finish installing.
The two men accused of selling the device to Chen, Brian Hogan and Sage Wallower, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of theft of lost property. The two were sentenced to a year probation, 40 hours of public service and told to pay $250 in damages to Apple. The rest of the $5,000 they received for the prototype is theirs to keep
There's always some inevitable bug they find that requires a small update within a month or so.
I do find it interesting on the phone itself, that when you check for a software update it comes up as an error, versus 'current version installed' or whatever language they would decide to use. I wonder if that aspect isn't quite fully baked yet.

I'm getting the same thing on my iPad. I thought that I heard that the beta updates were pushed out also as delta updates and not just full updates.

edit: ahh, so it sounds like although it is out, it might not be the FULL update. aka still beta or delta but not gamma
BTW, y'all are going to like the changes. Not quite enough of them for my liking, but what has changed is light years better.
I saw a headline on CNN that said 'Jobs bill dead,' and misread it as 'Jobs still dead.'
Oh - and the Store button in newsstand went live, as expected.
