Go Giants
I bet on the Jets

I rooted for the Saints in the SB last year, just cause I always knew that Brees was a class act and NO never won a SB before, don't think they ever even went to one. I don't particularly "like" any teams other than my own
only thing I like about the Jets are their unis, really.

Brady with the helmet on can totally pass for Matt Damon

This is why I hate the Patriots. It's not the first time they've done that. I know they wanted Ryan to eat his words but they had clearly made their statement already. No need to be douchebags about it.

That said, it's starting to feel like the 1986 Jets.

Thank you Braylon and Shayne Graham. Just enough to clinch a bye by one point. :whew:
So are the Jets really 40 points worse than the Pats? I knew the Pats were red hot and I knew the Jets won some close games that they probably should've won by more. Let's see how they react against the perfect punching bag: My Fins!

We'll beat the fish....probably with a 25 yd field goal in OT that Nick Folk will deflect off the upright.

on to the next one...
Damn - what a snoozer of a game. Glad I recorded and watched most of it in FFWD rather than sit through the whole thing.
I hope Randy Moss watched every second of that game cried the entire time when he sees what could have been for him.

I still remember when they flipped the Titan's on their stomachs and just raped them. If the Titans coach wasn't Jeff Fisher at the time he would have gotten the axe for sure.
#1619
I don't think he cares. He's like T.O. all he probably cares about is $$$$ and stats. I remember last year T.O. was comparing himself to Roy Williams, his "replacement" and mentioned that his stats were better, so it's all good

So much for an entertaining MNF game.
And so much for the Jets softening up the Pats for Da Bears...

A line-up with that Diva will demand a percentage of throws tossed his way or he'll pout, whine, cry, scream, tantrum, repeat, repeat, repeat...Without him, and with the decades Brady has to stand in the pocket, he can throw to whoever is the best bet and most open...

Needs more Lemon Pledge
It was nice last night to see Woodfork play so well against the team he worked really hard to make but was cut from.

Run up the score, sure. But going for it on 4th and 1 when you're in FG range and you're up by 35 points? That's just assholish. I'd be doubly mad if I were a Jets fan (at both my own team and the other team) and I'd feel bad if I were a Pats fan.

Now, score run ups @ lesser levels (i.e.: High School and College) is unacceptable. But at this level: pile it on. If the Jets are supposed to be a Super Bowl contender then, it's the Pat's job to show the world that the opposite is true....which they did.
As far as the Jets go, their main inspiration needs to come from the 2007 NY Giants who seemed to stagger through that season before putting it together once they hit the post season.

All I have to say is I told u guys! Brady is a monster with such a young line up he stepped it up this year this team is going all the way! Belicheck knows what he is doing and that's all that is needed! Ohhh yeah Rex eat them words and probably regrets getting rid of woodhead! Ha!

Not like it was the best trick play in the world to make the fourth down yards needed. The Pats simply ran it up the middle.

Nah...Belicheat probably taped the Jets practices.

Fat ASS Albert, suspended rest of season. Damn, I wanting him on the bench. Guess he'll have more time to get drunk, no need to come in hungover.

All the Jets had to do was stop them, don't blame the Pats because the Jets didn't stop a fourth down play. They went for not kicking a FG and scoring more points, all they had to do, was be stopped and the Jets would have gotten the ball on downs.

I definitely see that point. All I'm saying is there's a thin line between sportsmanship and being trashy, and the Pats tippy-toed that line. I know for sure there's a point where it gets excessive, and I'm not saying the Pats did it. I just question their actions a little.

This comes up time and time again for any team, no QB or player is going to come out of a game like that. Brady earned the win, let him finish the game.

Ryan saying he was ready to go right back on the field to take on the Pats again. Give it a rest and regroup for another day.

Does he not earn the win if he's taken out with 5 minutes left and up by 42? The win is his either way. Taking someone out with 5 minutes left and up a bunch isn't the same as sitting out game 15 or 16 when you've already earned a playoff spot. The game could have got out of hand and Brady could have taken a shot. There was no good reason to leave him out there IMO. Didn't have anything to do with running up the score.
