It seems their running game is doing fine without Gore, which is a nice surprise.

The score can stay like this til the end of the 4th quarter for all I care

We need every division win we can get. And if we can improve our awful record on the road.... Singletary can wear his sunglasses any time he wants. Still dunno if he'll be here at the end of the season if we don't get a playoff berth. Sam Bradford scares me more and more with each passing week.

I entered this game up by 5.32 points, with my opponent still having Gore left to play.

Gore left the game with 5.2 points.

That was an ugly game....

For the Cardinals! We manhandled them in the trenches and their 7th in the league red zone defense stunk it up. To be serious though Troy Smith is starting to look like literally, a Black Smith. Putting a little too much on some routes and bad accuracy on some throws while some are right on point. He is a lot more elusive than White Smith though. Our running game looked good even without Gore in there.

I'm thinking Troy Smith just doesn't have a grasp of the playbook yet hence the conservative playcalling. At least, I hope so... I'd hate for a continuation of the Jimmy Raye era.

Troy Smith has a lot to learn, but I thought he did well this game. Moreover, I was really impressed with our running game without Gore. I've always thought Westbrook was a good acquisition because of how he played in Philly and this game he was able to prove that tonight. Plus, I thought Dixon did well in picking up the slack too. The guy I was really impressed with during this game was Ginn, that dude knows how to bring the ball back! Hopefully the Niners can take a real run at the number one spot in the NFC West, which shouldn't be hard to do.

Gore didn't have to break his hip for me to win this week. Now I feel bad.

Ginn sucks. Trust me. He'll have one or two return games for the year and you won't see him again. He'll be the guy who catches the ball and makes a bee line for the out of bounds.

Who's getting the carries next week? Westbrook or Dixon?

Vikes fans, what's up with AP?

I hate you. I hope Big Ben attempts to "rape" another "innocent" chick and goes to jail, only to return two years later on another AFC team.

There goes the star of our offense

No thanks. I don't want sloppy fifths. Yes, I said fifths.... if we really did trade for him, we certainly wouldn't be next in line. Funny thing is though, I think Gore is our leader in receptions and Moss isn't the leader in terms of stats for any season this year

Yes, I know the trade deadline already passed....

Well, Moss is one of the league leaders for being the biggest idiot.

Belicheat did know what he was doing when he unloaded him to the Dikes.

I actually see a lot of parallels between Belicheat (lol) and McDaniels. Both trade away their star receivers, both failed miserably in their first head coaching stints, both like to cheat by recording their opposing teams' practices....

I'm sure you all use Twitter and just haven't seen this account yet but EvilAlexSmith is funny as hell. His Bio: "I am not Alex Smith of the 49ers, I just his alter ego. My real name is J.T. O'Sullivan"

http://twitter.com/EvilAlexSmith

Here's some that I thought were funny...

We know the Niners really aren't this good, so the Cardinals must be that bad.

I heard Andre Johnson went all Mel Gibson on Cortland Finnegan.

(a week ago) If Mike Singletary was really a samurai, he would've fallen on sword by now.

Mike Vick is like Ben Roethlisberger in a bathroom stall -- unstoppable.

Great. Now I have to get a semi-hard on before I pass through the airport scanner, so the TSA guy doesn't think I have a small penis.

Why waste money on a shake weight when you can just jerk-off a dumbbell?

Too bad nobody else here will enjoy it.

Speaking of twitter, I linked Luke from 2 Live Crew (huge Canes guy and involved in the program unofficially) to an article where the Canes and Gruden are still talking and he replied back to me. I'm famous bitches.

Flex scheduling doesn't apply to MNF and isn't used until last four weeks of the season for Sunday night football.

It's like NBC's contract for the Olympics. Even though you really don't want to, you're obligated to show the Special Olympics from time to time.

I haven't been around to defend myself, but I have been keeping up with football.

Nice to see that cocky prick Finnegan get his ass kicked. Nobody in the league deserved it more, and hopefully it happens again.

Sorry about my earlier comment Cochese. Sarcasm doesn't translate well to the internet. You're still your Steelers are a different story

Any Cowboy fans know what's up with Felix Jones? I know Barber is out so Choice is a good choice but I think Felix is still playing.
