... maybe they can return the favor to the city of boston for the 4 game comeback on the yankees a few years ago... (not that i cared since i was rooting for the red sox since i am a disgruntled mets fan)... just looking for any positive angle i can take haha

Lakers' Derrick Caracter arrested
NEW ORLEANS -- Los Angeles Lakers forward Derrick Caracter was arrested in New Orleans, accused of public drunkenness and shoving a cashier at a pancake restaurant, authorities said.
Police said the 22-year-old player was arrested early Sunday and booked into jail on charges of battery, public drunkenness and resisting arrest. Caracter allegedly grabbed and shoved the cashier at an International House of Pancakes after he was refused service and became belligerent, police said. The woman wasn't injured.
Police intially said the cashier was pregnant but later Monday changed their report to say that she wasn't, according to The Times-Picayune in New Orleans.
Authorities say Caracter was freed later Sunday morning on $1,000 bond. It wasn't clear if Caracter had a lawyer, and a call by The Associated Press to the Lakers' organization wasn't immediately returned.
He didn't play in Sunday night's playoff game against the Hornets.
A rookie out of UTEP, Caracter appeared in 41 games for Los Angeles this season, averaging two points and one rebound per game.

Pau Gasol is having issues to say the least but the Lakers will get it together. Unfortunately they aren't playing up to their total abilities as a team but they will closeout these next 2 games. So far Marc Gasol is having a better playoffs than his older brother. Who would have thought?
