I thought we were both on 7 game streaks, somehow, that feels better.

It was a glaring noncall & who knows, he might have missed on that shot or the penalty shot or they could have gotten nothing on the penalty.

I mean, it was a noncall yes, but before that Malkin got slashed on his way to the net right in front of the ref, should have been a penalty or penalty shot, no call. It happens, that's hockey bro

Ok, if we're doing that there were 50 noncalls on both sides, this was a pivotal potentially game altering noncall & yup, that's hockey. Does not change that it sucks.

I hear you man, the Pens lost their 7 game win streak thanks to several blatant non calls, I totally feel your frustration, sadly it's the way of the officiating in the NHL these days.

I can't believe the Avalanche could soon be at risk of not making the playoffs. The injuries this season have just been unreal.

Yet, they are still hanging around...speaks volumes on that roster, IMO.

I'm won't say I'm a fan of the Avs because my loyalties are to the tanking team in IL but the West goes through Denver. I don't think the injuries are season-ending and no team right now is touching the Avs' Top 3 on the blueline. I still am bitter Chicago passed up on Byram.

Colorado gets back to having 5 of 6 top 6 forwards, win 2 games in a row while out scoring the opponent 13-3 in that time frame, and now they loose Cale Makar to injury for who knows how long.

Fuck this season. Trying to stay positive after they won the cup but man these injuries suck the fun out of this year.
