josh, tell your wife it will put all of the civics and most v8s to shame, they'll be so ashamed that they'll end up buying toyota priuses to try to forget about the racing scene. it'll create a huge shift to be green, and all their friends will buy priuses too.

george, i parked at josh's complex one night, he just looked at me and said "yeah, i remember my first time parking too"

Just got back from installing my new pulley, haven't noticed any difference yet, but I haven't really tested it at all yet either. When I got home I weighed my old pulley and it is 10 pounds!!! The new one weighed in at about a pound.

Look at the difference!! It is almost an inch smaller in diameter.

Installed!

Yeah, I ran it as hard as I could on the way down to the MOA, but I kept getting baulked by all the damn Sunday drivers. Weather gets nice and everyone and their sister decides it's time to go for a drive.

So far it doesn't feel any more powerful, but throttle response does seem to be a bit quicker when you give it the beans.

I really can't wait to get the headers now, I want MORE POWER!!!

I don't know how the car is going to handle it though, the tires spin as it is, and it is already shifting pretty hard from 2nd to 3rd when I am really on it.

ha no way razzi im in the same boat right now, I need a whole new bumper too. I parked my car in the garage yesterday after spending like 3 hours cleaning finally for the first time this spring and I didn't park far enough in the garage and it shut on my bumper and gouged lines right through it. I wanna shoot myself right now for letting this happen. So I was looking on acuraoemparts.com at a new one it runs 235.30 so if nothing else comes up im just gonna buy a new one but if you find a better thing to do let me know and we can install em together

ha its cheaper just to buy a whole new bumper they wanted 473.20 to fix it. I asked how much it would be to repaint my hood too because of all the chips and such and it was 413.20 for that. I laughed and said I can get a whole new bumper for under 300 and left.

Yes, that would most certainly look P.I.M.P. on Brian and Jorge's cars. You guys have to see Jorge's car with those 19's, it is seriously awesome looking.

Maybe we should have one of those meet thingys this weekend? Who's with me? Who's with me? This goldfish is with me, this goldfish has integrity!

(bonus points for the name of the movie...)

I called Mike at WB Acura. He said the A-spec suspention you can't get separately, he can't even get the Springs by them selves. It comes as an assemle product. I am still thinking about it . Called the Tax man I migh be getting a refund instead of payback.

Dan and I just signed up for the May 3, 4 Autocross event at Valley Fair in Shakopee. Is anyone else going to sack up and join in the fun?

Jorge, see if you can find someone with an A-spec kit that is lowering their car on aftermarket springs and wants to get rid of their old ones.

black, if your bumper is cracked to hell like mine i think we can fiddle with it. if it's FUBAR'd, i think we can still salvage it. i got all the stuff from my project and i did learn quite a bit of stuff. might as well try it before you shell out 3 large for a new one. let's meet this sunday or something. supposed to be real sunny, round 2' clock?? imma hit the church, get out and detail my baby. then you guys can see the shitty bondo job i did, god it's horrendous.

and george, the hangover was NOWHERE NEAR the butt drilling my parents gave me. it's incredible how anal they are. god this huge generational gap sux. if my peeps didnt live way out in blaine i'd move in with them

oh dan, i saw u eying those tanabe, do it

Whew - lots of posts since last time.

That CSL style lip would be pretty sweet... I think I may hold off until I figure my finances out though. Refi'ed my house (got under 5%.. sweet), so I'm waiting to see how things are now that i have a cheaper mortgage, but an additional home equity loan (had to do that to keep loan to value below 80%)

Josh - you complete me..... Where's Ken on this one? Don't tell me you haven't seen this one either? SHOW ME THE MONEY

Meet on Sunday - Unless something comes up - I'm down for one. The only thing I know of is that me and the wifey were gonna goto HOM and look at those sweet massage chairs. If I can find one for under 2K, and get it financed for a hella long time (may have to wait until Memorial day or something)

I'm suprised Luke hasn't piped up yet, but it appears his car is up and running. He sent me a message last week that just said "She is alive" and I was like WTF? I thought he was making some reference that I wasn't catching onto.

Oh - and Ken - what's wrong with Blaine? Lol... That's not far

So let me know what the plan is for this weekend, and I'll be needing an address too.

Oh - I've been buying a ton of crap online lately too. This week is like Christmas.

I got my chrome/amber lights from autolumination the other day. Went to put them in - I have to take the damn fender walls out again. Good thing I got those extra clips. I'll probably do that this weekend.

If any of you have been surfing Woot lately - I finally got a bag of crap. if you have no idea what I'm talking about, it's basically an adult grab bag. For $1 - they load up a box with a bunch of left over crap and give it to you. People have gotten PC's, TV's, Roomba's, Scooba's, Printers, and all kinds of other crap. That should be arriving on the 12th if I remember right.

Then I found a police auction website (propertyroom.com) and I bought a 32" LCD flat-panel for my bedroom for $450. That should be coming Thursday.

Since I got the TV, I bought a wallmount from Newegg - that should be here tomorrow.

And last but not least - the remote I bought off of eBay since I do not know if the TV will come with one, and I didn't want to be without it. I hate using universal remotes since you always seem to miss out on the special menu's and crap like that.

Yeah for me!!!

Not true, there are dealers in California that i've heard will sell them seperate. It's hard to find but I've contacted one before for a stroke that was trying to buy a car. I've got a list of all the dealers and phone numbers if you need em.
