Try doing a search for the terms "facebook" and "privacy". Long story short, you have none once you create and use a facebook account. Yeah, and you know when you want to be a 'baller' and get a job in the real world? Your HR rep or recruiter is going to be searching the internet for you, and will most likely have a facebok account that they use to search for the candidates that they are researching. You know those photos from the kegger last summer? Yup, she just found them!
The internet is forever, and there is no such thing as privacy on it. Shit, search for your username on this site and you will see all of your posts come up. Ever seen a cached page from Google? That means that even if you take it down, there is still a retrievable record of it on a Google server and who knows how many other servers out there. Try talking to someone in HR about facebook or other social media sites out there and you will see them light up. It has made it so much easier for them to screen their candidates, because now they know when you started drinking, how you talk to friends, what kind of person you are, and they never even called you back.

but people cant browse your stuff unless you add them as a friend. otherwise they just get to stare at your profile picture.
unless they force their way into your profile page which would be an invasion
and besides, you can choose not to tag yourself in any photos and it would never show up. when you're looking for a job, delete the recent posts about you getting mad wasted and boning four girly boys
i guess i'll remain skeptical until it happens to me

You are missing the point of the whole thing Razzi. The fact is that they have this information, they sell this information, and deleting it doesn't do shit. Once it's out there, it's out there for all to see.
You are also assuming that the person that wants your information is outside of the Facebook company. Read the terms of service sometime, they have the rights to ANYTHING you put up on the site and can re-use anything they want in any form they want. You basically just gave up rights to anything you posted up there, photos, text, whatever. So, don't go putting up anything that you might want intellectual proprty of later, including ideas or thoughts that you write, facebook assumes ownership of them as soon as you write it up there. If you have a multi-million dollar idea and talk about it on facebook, it's theirs. Just like if you develop some great new product (for yourself to sell) while at work and on company resources, it belongs to the company, not you.

That would be the infinity pool in the backyard.
We are in Kona, on the big island. It's about 7AM and I just watched the moon set and the sun is coming up. Think I might jump in the hot tub for a bit. It's a bit chilly at 66 degrees.
So far all we have done is drink, eat, drink, snorkle, drink, cook, drink, take pictures. To give you an idea, the house has a keg-erator in the bar and the first thing we did was buy a keg...

That thing looks pretty pimp, just needs a set of 19s so he can roll with Jorge this summer. Also, that price is looking pretty good (I forgot to look at miles), I sold my TL for not much less than that.
