Just wondering, has anybody tried changing the background of there nav system?

 

I personally have not done it, but there are several write ups about those that have done it with ease. I just have not been able to find a successful write for one that has been done on the 07-08 so I didn't want to take the chance of screwing something up

I am in for that as well. I have a couple minor things in mind for mine, if I can make it there. Not sure where we will do it this time. My place is not a good spot for it. Not enough room for it here. Maybe if Parth is still around......

 

A mod meet sounds good, but some of us may need a lift. I know i will with the next two things i have coming to me.

 

I would also like to get the 07 side mirrors with the turn signal on them. I know that is probably a little too much to do at the mod meet, but is something i am thinking about having done.

Sorry I've been a stranger again guys. Seems like it never ends. I've been busy trying to get things done around the house before I leave for Pensacola, FL. I'll be down there for close to 2 months, won't be back until the week before Thanksgiving. Hopefully I'll be able to get some stuff done with my car while I'm down there. No mods, I don't think, but I should have plenty of time to give it a real good cleaning like I've been wanting to do for months now. Hope I don't miss to many meets while I'm gone.

BTW.. I will be at the JDRF walk for the cure in Richmond this Sunday the 21st if anyone wants to stop by its at Byrd Park (Dogwood Dell) starting around noon. If you know anyone living with diabetes bring them by the OmniPod booth to meet me.

 

i recieved my Tein SS suspension the other day, i hope to get the rest of the suspension parts by the 3rd, i plan on installing everything that weekend. i am still waiting on the EDFC, camber kits, and the rear sway bar. Also, i hope i get the pre-cat deletes and j-pipe from richie by then as well so i can throw those in while it is up on the lift. This weekend since i got screwed by the navy again and cannot go up to northern VA to visit family and go to skyline i will be polishing the car on sunday. i also just ordered the 07/08 side mirrors which i also plan on installing the same weekend. I am going to have a pretty busy weekend coming up.

 

^^^Def gotta let me know how the side mirrors go. That is one mod that i really want to do to mines. Are you doing it yourself or having someone else do it?
