I'm not sure if anyone is into their music but "Disturbed" is going to be in concert on 8/1 and the Amphitheater and I'm planning on being there. Just was wondering if anyone else will be in attendance

 

I would love to make it to the Disturbed show but I can't. I am however going to the DMB show on the August 7th if anyone would like to join in on that. We got lawn seats so if anyone comes, we can hang out.

 

My wife and I are taking my father in law to see Journey in August.. Holy Sh!t tickets are expensive but it is worth it. He is so excited about the new Filipino lead singer Arnel Pineda. And I have to admit.. I was skeptical about losing Steve Perry at first, but Arnel Pineda sounds absolutely incredible!!! (an amazing life story too!)

I would like to be there for this but I am scheduled to work that day so not sure if I can make it yet. Even if I put in for a day off, it is not guaranteed I will be off as there are others that may want the day off as well. I am the low man on the totem pole so you know what that means. Well i just left Kiel, Germany for Kiel week. That was a lot of fun. I don't think there is another party larger than that. It is well over 2 miles long and so many people there, that you are unable to walk around without bumping into someone. Well that is one more port closer to getting home.

This is what sucks now. I recieved my orders to my next command. I will be going to Chicago for 3 years starting in Dec.

So we will have to make sure we get a few meets in before i leave.

I wish i could make the July 5 show. I will be in the Middle of the ocean at that time, literally.

I HAVE TO DRIVE TO PITTSBURGH THIS WEEKEND TO SEE MY DAD AND TAKE CARE OF A FAMILY EMERGENCY. I AM REALLY SORRY FOR BAILING AT THE LAST MINUTE. THE SHOW IS STILL ON OF COURSE, SO IF YOU ALL CAN STILL MAKE IT I AM SURE THAT THE ORGANIZERS WILL APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT.
AGAIN, I AM SO SORRY FOR HAVING TO PULL OUT AT THE LAST MINUTE.

 

I have done this before on my own car, but we will have to decide when and where. The process is not too hard, you just need an oven, a wet towel or preferably an large tin foil roast pan to put it in, a phillips and possibly a security torx bit if you want to remove the ballast (not necessary but I did). Maybe some other things as well. I put mine up on portable ramps just to make it easier to access. Check out the DIY's on this to be sure. And of course, make it home safe first. Be glad to help out if I am not working or have other plans.

I see you made it to the event Steve. I saw pics of 2 KBP's on the Skyline thread and when I saw the ATLP exhaust pipes sticking out the back I knew it was yours! And congrats to you man!! I saw your post on that thread about what you and Sara are expecting. Mine are all grown up and you are just getting started.

so a little secret that i'm hoping to keep just that... a secret... For those that actually thought I would unload the TL without a backup plan has to be out of their mind lol. I'm soon expecting delivery of a new 08-TL-S WDP MT to replace my nbp... (yeah yeah... going to the other side... if darksom finds out he'll kick my ass, lol) This is not going to be my daily driver and will actually be registred and garaged in virginia. I hope by mid-fall I can have a special unveling... As I want to make this as "show car" as possible I'm basically going to mod the hell out of it...(can you say supercharger?). Tints and drop will be the first thing done and then I want to focus primarily on performance mods. I have not been following AZ as much as I should but I need to research the wheel thread and see what interests me. I know 100% I will pick up a set of RJ's but I also want to find something special possibly in a staggered setup...I'm open for suggestions :o )

Can someone suggest a few body shops that they have absolute trust in? I've gotten all my body work done in jersey and don't really know anyone in the 757 that could fill my needs.
