<--- Dumber then dumb. In my first 4 years of driving I had 8 tickets and 4 suspensions across two states.

I out-dumbassed my brother

Well two Firestone's have said that my car is too low to go on the alignment rack. I do need to raise my front up some cause i am wayyyyyyyy past due for an alignment. Should i just go back to the place where i had my Teins put on and have them raise it some? I asked Firestone but of course they couldn't do it.

well raising it up will change the alignment anyways so that's a no go. sounds like you need an actual alignment shop. i know of one in hampton if you wanna make the drive.

you need to find a shop that has the rack sunk into the floor...so you just drive straight on and then they raise the rack...open the yellow pages and call every place to find one ..

Good luck man. Dont forget to prime the oil filter and run a light film of oil over the rubber gasket. Also, dont forget a new crush washer.

I'm leaning more towards the RDX wheels. Now I gotta find em for a good price with tires. The search is on for my 5th set of rims.

Damn havent been here in a while, but when i got my alignment done after the drop, i went to sears, It was in TN, but anyways, they had to put some wooden blocks under the wheels so the car could drive up on those and wouldnt bottom out on the rack.

Does anybody know of a trans rebuilder or have a spare H22/H23/F22/F23/F20 Trans? Old lady swerved in front of me in the middle of me shifting, destroyed 3rd gear trying to miss her. Car is my DD so can't stay down for long.

Tire Rack and Discount Tire are good, but then you have to find a place to mount them.

Holy crap it's been forever since I've been on here.
So good news and bad news all in one. I traded in the TL-S. I've been wanting a 335i for a while now and finally decided to get it. So no more Acura. I'll still be checking in on the forums here though and hopefully making it to some meets. My deployment schedule is getting a little crazy right now though so we'll see how that works out.
On a side note, if anyone is interested, I took my blitzsafe adapter for my ipod out of my TL before I traded it, so let me know. It should work with any 99-03 TL and 99-04 Honda from what the site says. It plugs into you CD changer port on the back of the radio and the directly to your IPOD/IPHONE. I loved this for my TL. You still have to control everything from the IPOD, but sound quality is perfect. It also charges while its plugged in. I'm asking $50, so let me know if you're interested. Best way to contact me is email at jsnow81@verizon.net.

I also have the ProClip holder for an IPOD if you want that as well. $30 if you're interested.

I do believe....my friend has a crack in her manifold. doing a little research and I found that it is a common problem with that. A few of the people had the crack welded with success. Does anyone on here have welding skills???

Torrential rain plus faulty headlight seal = H.I.D. bulb upgrade?

moisture seeping into headlight housing has reduced poor marilyn to a one eyed wonder...

That sucks. You sure the ballast is bad?

And I hear you on the rain. I think it has finally stopped. I95 in my area has been reduced to one lane heading NB so they could fix a "pothole" thats been there for about 2 years. Every time it rains it gets bigger and bigger. I drove past heading SB and judging by the HUGE piles of dirt they had on the roadway, it got pretty big Hopefully they fix it right this time.

I was out in Newport News this morning/afternoon working at a Coast Guard Station and there were alot of branches in the road and some of the roads where I was were covered in water (still passable though).

I just want to see the sun again.

I'm not sure if it is the ballast or what to be honest Morgan. I really don't have that much experience with H.I.D.'s. I'm open to suggestions. Mr. Maker is gonna help me clear out and reseal my headlights so that should take care of the moisture issue.

Has the light stopped working all together?

When you get a chance, swap the bulbs and see if that light still wont light up. If its the bulb, I have a pair you can have.
