Sounds good. If you want I can e-mail that flier to you as well. Then you will have it saved in case you run out.

Not sure of any place that can do it for you. Those places are hard to find around here. Ended up doing it getting some help from someone else and did it together at the auto craft shop on the navy base.

I don't know if anyone is interested in AIK (American Indoor karting, I believe) but that could be a spot to meet up at. Then we could get on the karts for a while. I've never been but I've heard a lot of good things about the place. Do a google search and check out the site.

I've been there and its great. Took my girlfriend and had alot of fun. Cost about $20 per person and the track is pretty big. The parking lot is HUGE so its will be plenty of space to take pictures of our cars.

Sounds like it may be a good place to meet up then. We could get a more definite date when we know when AcuraJ32A will be in the area. Who is interested at this point?

Definitely interested, so long as my soon-to-be new job does not get in the way. If hired I will be working 12 hour shifts for a couple of days then off, then work a couple of days again for 2 weeks, then flip shifts. I will keep you posted.

Alright, so far here are the people that are interested:

1. Snowman81
2. badazz TL-S
3. AcuraJ32A
4. Doc's TL-S (Maybe)
5. MaliciousRC

Not sure of the date yet but when we hear back from AcuraJ32A, we can make it more definite. We may even be able to pull a group rate if enough people go, but I am not sure how that works.

Jeff, I was thinking that we may want to send out PM's to the ones that we don't have emails for. Or start a new thread with "757 Mini Meet at American Indoor Karting" or something like that to spark more interest. Maybe put 757 in bold so it stands out more if you can do that. I know that the mod party thread sparked interest from others not close enough to come out but they did reply saying it was a cool idea. BTW, are there any food spots close by for eating at before or after? Can you eat there?

Thanks Parth, that's def gonna come in handy. Now another question for the group lol. I hear a lot about Tenis on here and how good they are. Just wondering what's the difference between them and coilcovers? I guess i could get off my lazy ass and look it up, but if i can get a quick response it would be much appreciated.

I'm at school right now but if you wanna go ahead and do that, feel free. It doesn't bother me at all, I was just throwing out a suggestion. I did send out an e-mail to everyone that I have but the PM thing is a good idea. Maybe when we PM them, we can also get them to send their contact info back.

I've actually heard that the H&R are one of the best springs for our cars but the TEINS have also gotten great reviews from members from what I recall. Coilovers include the shock/strut in the assembly whereas normal lowering springs are just that, only springs. You have to replace the the shock/strut seperate from the spring. Coilovers also give you the ability to adjust your ride height, but are quite a bit more expensive. If I knew more and had the money when I decided to lower my car, I would have done coilovers instead of the H&R.

It is noone that I know of. Not too many CL'ers on here from this area, but plenty of CL's around. If you see him again, just mention the site and how to navigate it to this link. See if they are interested. If you want, PM me your email and I will send a flier to you to put on others when you see them. I can't send the flier thru PM.

And that brings up another question. How many hooked up 1st gen CL's do you all see around town but not a member of Acurazine? I have seen 2 red ones and a white one here in Bad News. I never have a chance to say anything to them though. They are always too far away.

If you are going to go with just springs, not coilovers, I would go with H&R, the same ones that snowman has. He has Tokico shocks if I remember right. His drop is a little more even front and back, with less gap than mine in the front. I have Tein Luxury Master Edition with Koni Yellows shocks. I like the ride, a little stiffer than stock of course, but normally pretty smooth. But I have more gap in the front than what I like. Not changing it but if I could afford coilovers (or better yet air bags), I would do it.

Cool, thanks for the info. Just in case I am hungry.

BTW, not sure if I wrote the address in the proper way. I will send another PM the way it is written on some correspondence that was sent to me from the base.
