Does anyone know which is the better format HD-DVD or Blu-ray? It seems to me like Sony is doing the Beta vs. VHS routine again.

 

Next Spring/Summer for me. Possibly even fall. I will be super busy anyway. Plus, that allows them time to work out the kinks, get inventory straight, and get more games out.

I may even just wait until Madden 2008 comes out and buy it around then. We'll see...

 

Too early to tell. The battle of the next-gen DVD formats has just begun. Right now both have their pluses and minues, but they are so new and installed in so few households that it's way to early to tell which will come out on top.

I plan to get a PS3 (Blu-Ray) and the HD-DVD add-on for my 360... so I'll be covered either way

 

I'll make a half-hearted attempt to get one (check out BB round 9/10pm after work on Thurs), perhaps swing by the sony store friday morning before work. If that doesn't work out, then i'll buy myself a wii on sunday. Maybe I'll buy a wii regardless.
