Want room for dogs and people when we have a full house, that was what makes a Sequoia desirable.

Looks clean, I'm guessing XS is a pretty basic model.
I'd be looking for an XT. Got a chance to take one from north of St George UT, through the AZ gorge, to a bit north of Vegas. Fun little ute.

Then buy it. Can't think of anything better than that...other than a cruiser...

It's only slightly better than whatever to 11:59pm

We watched the end of the Grammys last night. A singer had a tent on that reminded me of this.

Costco sucks!

They dumped the TV in my living room, refused to help me move the old TV off the stand, remove the 4 crews on the rails and move the old TV to another room although I paid for the service.

He said another crew would be coming, Costco.

Ironically, we just picked up a 75" X800 to replace a decades old 60" Sony DLP, last weekend.

Wife went to Worst Buy since they had it in stock and the warehouse monkeys put it in the back of the 4Runner. With the back seats down, it laid perfectly in the back of the truck, front edge of the box at the front seatbacks, back edge right at the hatch; and juuuuust slipped between the wheel wells.

The two of us wrestled it out of the truck at home and then I managed to set it all up by myself using an intricate set of end tables and boxes to stair step it into place on the entertainment center.

Damn thing is so big, my optimal viewing distance is in the kitchen now.

That helps you none, but looking at your setup, I bet you could get creative with the stair bannister to get the new one in place.

5 years ago, I brought the 75X910C home in my 2008 4Runner, dragged it in the house, got it on the stand & carried the 70" 2013 Sharp on the stand now UPSTAIRS myself.

I wanted the Sharp downstairs a year ago, can't lift the damn thing anymore.

I have been on the phone with Costco since 8am. I'm on hold.

God they suck.

The repair shop that took the old TV is coming tomorrow to help me remove the Sharp, put it in my office & install the new TV.

9-10am window, what? not a 14-hour window????

Crazy :P

Both TVs moved & set up.

The big "monitor" on my desk is an old 40" Sharp TV.

The main problem with the TV is it shows how flawed regular 1080i tv source material is.

She would notice, also she was not thrilled about getting it.

I'll be living with it or eating some highly unpalatable crow.

I don't know man...a Porsche Cayman is pretty delicious.

Though mods are quite a lot more expensive lol.

Dude,
I fucking told you.
I mean, I thought it...
and no pile of new parts was going to fix that for you!
Well, I guess it did buy you some time...
I guess flip it and get your next project.

What are you thinking about wanting next?
I imagine you either miss going fast or climbing
over shit, neither of which the 86 is good at.

Mostly, I miss space. There is none in the 86.

It is noisy & only fun near redline. I'm thinking gigantic V8 SUV.

Get a Jeep. Fun, convertible, more space, can climb over shit, gets horrible gas mileage, mods are cheap and beyond plentiful, and you live in an area you can use all of those things.

your gripes would be the same for the S2000.
Since you JUST finished this one...any chance you're in a position to keep it parked
then just get something to fuck with with more space that you can park in the driveway?
I'm in love with all things Z71 Tahoe...1999 body style and up...easy to work on, cheap parts...
LS power...
Although if you have trials, a TJ could be fun too

All the Tahoe-like 4xs here are way overpriced. (I want 4wd)

If I were in AZ, it'd be a Wrangler, a 2-door if it were an extra car.
I got to spend 1/2 day in side-by-sides in the Scottsdale area & it was a blast. Would definitely have at least a SxS if I lived out there.

Honestly, I'm not surprised. They're neat cars if you hit the track or autocross many times throughout the year but otherwise, they're kind meh.

Howdy stranger!

How's the sleep thing?

Agreed, I can only really enjoy it driving like a lunatic.

Honestly, I'm shocked I have not gotten a ticket. (I used my traffic school on the drive back from Santa Monica in freaking Indio) coming home from moving Mom. How the hell does one get picked out of a crowd of other trucks/cars all going the same 80+ at night on the freeway in a 2020 Excursion rental????

Lucky meeee

I really think the certified 100k warranty is a great selling point, someone will eventually take it. Until then, I'll suffer.

Sleep is better, kinda. Her nights and days are a bit mixed up but we're getting her back on track. The woman is off from work until mid-May, so she's taking care of the baby throughout the day since I went back to work last week. Thankfully, she lets me sleep at night, and I help out in between meetings throughout the day (the joys of working from home). It's certainly getting better, but I'm never doing this again

I usually get two or three blackhawks flying over on their way to a local base every afternoon. It really does feel like they're going to land on the roof.

I'm glad it's better. Good luck with not having any more. I was done at one, we have three.

Usually, we get two at a time, one or the other a few times a month. It's cool so the windows are open, which made it louder. I try to run out to see what they are. I like that they are pretty low, which makes identification easy.

So much this. 100% agree. Love the little girl to death but I don't get why people have more than one kid lol.

Sleep, how I remember thee....
6 weeks without a full night's sleep, here. Baby girl is 7 months old & has a 2am internal alarm clock.
3 girls & we're, officially, done. Got the 'blessing' a couple weeks ago.
