I'd rock pink wheels.
Not sure if that supports or refutes your argument.

shipping is nuts now due to corona but you can find a lot of
legit wheels for cheap, just factor in getting the powdercoated.
Helps to have an idea of the style you love.
Too bad the lug pattern isn't right because @Undying Dreams has a set of the gramlights
for sale in the black market...maybe you can try one of your fancy hammer drill tricks
For your car I love prodrive, advan rs, te37 obvi and tc105x or n

When I was looking years ago...they were hovering around $1500 used but lately they have shot up.
The "N" is not available anymore only the "X" which I don't like as much.
To me, yes that's worth it. That's a quality GOOD looking lightweight wheel.

This guy has two of these, won't combine shipping, is 419.96 too much for two wheels that will need full refurbishment? If not about what will that cost?.

I think that's fair. If you're on Facebook, there's a few buy and sell groups on there for the 86, you may have better luck there.

Ordered a new shop vac.
My current vac is from 2006, still works, just tired.

Man, I need get a new one. I've got some janky POS that my dad gave me when I went back and got all my stuff after college. The fact that he gave it away says a lot about how terrible it is. Every time I start it up, it blows dust out the top and all over. At one point, I had an old sock rubber banded to the top port so it wouldn't spit as much dust out and every time it ran, the vacuum would get a sock boner.

I was really not a fan of the Contis on my Mercedes (but they were summer runflats). Past the wear bars in 16k miles of spirited, but non-aggressive driving.
The Bridgestone RE980AS I put on after were Ultra hi-po all season, but were a significantly better tire. Same with the Michelin AS3+ we have on our Flex. Lady in my office has a nearly identical C300 to the one I had & she has the Michelin AS3+ on hers & loves them.
No experience with true summer tires.

I have the Contisportcontact 5P tires on my Golf, they are solidly ok. I wouldn't get them again but there's nothing glaringly wrong with them either. Overall I've had good luck with Conti's though.

Don't you need to get the tires mounted anyway?

It's under warranty for 8 more months. I'll take it in if it goes hard.
The dongle is worth 29 bux. I signed up for the free month (by agreeing to a year) that will bill 2/12/21 if I don't cancel it.
I won't have the rims yet so will most likely let it go, only 49.95.
It does see and give the actual tire pressure of all the tires, pretty cool.

It has probably read a soft out of range error. It needs to go further before it becomes enough of a problem to throw the CEL. I'm guessing your camshaft sensor is on its way out.
