No leaks, louder than I hoped but no drone & it's manageable. I drove it to be positive no leaks & do a heat cycle tightening, there was a buffering noise that turned out to be the driver side tray that was there. still. a piece broke off It's too hot now to deal with the undertray.
Yeah these cars get dumb loud. Just be happy you don't have drone.
I eventually got sick of the exhaust on mine and swapped back to stock; I just kept the header, over-pipe, and JDL ultra quiet front pipe on it. It didn't sound great but at least it was quiet.

Yesterday I had the trays off and the main noise I had was the left side plastic flapping. After I fixed that on the way to work today it was way too loud. I emailed Nameless asking if there is a bigger resonator. I might have to go back to the stock muffler.

When my car was new, I put about 8k miles on it in the first 4-5 months.
My commute shortened, I started working from home, and the novelty of my new car faded. Nobody wanted to ride in it, especially the backseat.
I think I put 18k on mine the first year I had it. But that was long before I got a header. It's amazing how much quieter the car is with the stock header and cat.
oh and tell them to heimholtz your dick!
Screw that...
then if you say it didn't do squat they will claim it's subjective and
try and tell you you probably just need some nameless ear plugs or a
diffuser or something.
No clue, I'm mostly pissed I have to wait for my wife to wake up. drilling metal at 5am would not make her easier to interact with while we both work from home today. Also, waiting for a new file from Zach, he asked for a pull in second and drive file after I flashed a new tune.
He has had issues where the files I send cut off at :30 seconds. I sent Sunday's file again and he was able to use it but as a result I looked at it for the first time and saw two interesting fields, torque actual and torque demand. Actual maxed at 251 & demand was at 211 on that line. He seemed almost upset I looked at it and said the ECU was unable to determine power.
I went to advance auto to find one of these for the skunk exhaust on the s2k...
turns out they have a little hidden area in the back with a file cabinet with all of their one off weird shit like exhaust gaskets...
ask to see what they have in there. I leafed through until I found one that worked for me.
As I was falling asleep, it occurred I had a bunch of gaskets & things from the Z "in a Mishimoto silicone hose box"
I'll be damned, if the box wasn't exactly where I thought it was and contained several Remflex (& FelPro & other gaskets) including these that are the right size, one is in the car now, can't find out if it's leaking until the house wakes up.
That rasp is pretty typical with these cars when running the factory axle back. Mine was terrible. It sounded like a piece of metal vibrating in the exhaust. I was hoping the helmholtz in yours would quiet it down.
