Remove hood to fill washer fluid. Makes total sense. Stupid Frenchies.

Not that I approve of that design whatsoever, but that hood sounded like it was just reinforced plastic. Probably designed that way to save weight. Might be too light/fragile to close like a hinged metal hood would.

I gotta be honest, after I watched the video, I was like ????? I didn't even think anything was wrong with it. Seemed pretty painless to take the hood off and access everything.

At least it isn't hidden in some fucked up place under the hood.

Thoughts on the new Charger and Challenger (for those who don't frequent AN)?

As I mentioned in the news...I REALLLLLY hope that the angles of the charger are not photographing well and it looks great in person...and that red color doesn't help. Otherwise...Dodge has a huge miss there.

Challenger refresh...outside I could take mine or this but I like my tail lights better...inside, I want to have sex with the redesign!

Charger front looks like a cross between mustang and a dart.. initial reaction.. not a fan. Does it finally get the 8 speed?

The SRT will be the Hellcat, at for the Challenger.

The Challenger RT now includes not only the 5.7 but ALSO the 6.4

This means the 6.2L Supercharged Hellcat will go under the SRT banner...and should be well over 500hp (550-600hp)

Looks like Dodge finally is going to play ball.

Challenger front end doesn't have any real changes, that's why I didn't link a pic of it.

I think the Charger's front end is good, just not what we normally associate with what a Charger looks like.

The changes are subtle...but bigger than you think

2013 model

2015 model

Same goes with the rear. New taillights, yes, but also the whole rear bumper is redone with a rear valence added under.

Not sure how I feel about the Charger's front...they kind of Dart-ified it. I'll have to see it in person. Otherwise, all looks great. I love how angry Dodge's lineup looks.

What the hell? The Charger looks way too similar to the Dart. I think it looks like it lost a lot of muscle.

I really like the Challenger, though.

The sculpted doors are even more odd on this car than the previous one.

That said, you all are crazy. The new Dodge face looks fantastic. It's unique, distinctive, and aggressive.

If one pulls up behind you, you'll know it's a Dodge. I think they did a great job.

I have no idea how this posted twice.

Fiat has done a great job making Dodge and Chrysler relevant again. Especially after Daimler did everything they could to kill that company.

ahem.

I think it looks futuristic and fit for 2015. I think it looks much better than the previous iteration. Well done, Dodge.

The Challenger updates is the tits. The front end looks more like a cuda front end with the widened lower grill. Btw.. is the Cuda still in the works or did they scrap it with Pontiac.

Cuda will not happen. You'll get set challenger with the hellcat when it's announced.

I didn't think they were going through with it especially after seeing the concept drawings and pontiac going down the drain. I think the Challenger refresh and variants will satisfy the market nicely.

Ah, my bad, not sure why I was thinking Plymouth was absorbed by Pontiac.

Love the headlight ones. Especially on the JGC. They did that very well.

It became a whole to do...partially with people taking issue over the fact that plymouth no longer exists, even though it would have been a SRT only vehicle. Which also lead it to pricing, design (modern non-retro), etc.

In the end, they decided to stand by the Challenger.

RK Motors is selling their CLK-GTR Roadster I saw last month. Anyone have $2,000,000?

http://www.rkmotorscharlotte.com/sal...CLK-GTR/134612

I'm planning on going this Saturday to see it again before it's sold.
