It's funny that right in back of the white Accord, most of those car brands are exclusive to Europe only aside from Lexus, Suzuki, and Kia. I actually want to see Fiat make a comeback here in the USA.

I agree. Looks very good. I'd love for the Acura sedans to start getting more agressive in the front and rear like this. Unfortunately, what are the chances they are just messing with us? Showing us something that won't actually be offered. Isn't there something in writing from Geneva describing what they are showing with this white one? That should answer all the questions as to what this is (planned production or concept).

Maybe that'll be the Acura version, so there is some difference between the two. Or the A-spec version will be that and not just a lip kit

Acura already released a pic along with the press release. That kit was not on the car in the pic. A-Spec would be nice, but I'd imagine it being fairly pricey since its new bumpers.

^ Exactly. That's not the TSX that's being released next month. That's what makes it such a curiosity. What exactly will that be in the US (if anything).

I have to say it looks almost the same as my 2004 TSX. It's good, not a huge change, but good. The front overhang is the worst part. If they had come up with a more rear-biased platform the car would be perfect.

true, true. the stock version won't nearly look as cool and that's not some bolt-on kit.

it's a shame. that accord w/ the kit looks badass, but won't go nearly as fast as it looks.

Seems like you could fit a set of 22" in those massive wheelwells.

What, no car babes near the Honda displays.

Biker, who attended the Geneva show 4 years in a row (02-05) but doesn't remember any babes near the cars.

I still haven't seen any weight specs.

I really like the way the front looks with this bumper. The rims look like 15's though.

Me too. But I like the Acura grille over the Euro Accord grille.

Probably as an MY10 next year - at least that's what Honda said.

Once the production TSX is out we'll need a comparo pic - I think the Euro Accord grill looks better.

I think people are confusing the refreshed RL's grille for the Acura grille. It works very well with the TSX. On the RL, not so much, and it's not just the grille that does it in for the RL either.

Now Honda is confused again. I thought Honda will be starting to use the 6-point hexagon grill (as in the new NA Accord and new Odyssey) and Acura to use the 5-point pentagon grill, to further differentiate Honda and Acura products. But now the new European Accord is using the Acura's signature 5-point grill. Is Honda really working hard to put distance between the Honda and the Acura brands ?

^ Where are you confused? There's no Acura in Europe, no problem there.

People now travel around across the globe like riding a bus in the old days. News on the internet spreads like wild fire. Nowadays the world has no boundary.

How does one feel when he/she is paying premium for an Acura which is basically a rebadged Honda sold elsewhere ? How does one feel when his/her premium Acura has the brand identity (signature grill) as the economy Honda ?

Not a big deal if Acura want to stay where it is now, but big problem when the top Honda brass explicitly wants to elevate the Acura brand image to be a true luxury class one.

For Honda that may be a good thing...copy the competition......because when Honda comes out with an "original design" it pretty much means it will look like

Is more power on the way? Acura spokespeople remain characteristically tight-lipped, saying only that the TSX's engine bay is large enough to accept a V-6, or a turbo and its plumbing. Hmm, "TSX Type-S" does have a nice ring to it.
We can only hope!

From this article, it sounds as if bluetooth is only available with the $4k technology package. I can't remember what Acura's press release said regarding this, but if it's true, that really pisses me off.

Bluetooth is a must and for them to take a step back in this direction would be foolish.

Thanks for the link Colin...will have to see it in person but the pics do nothing for me...looks more like the others out there than my 04...add nothing new in the engine room and more $s...I am not married to Acura...will wait for info on TL but G8, Camero or R/T looking better, If I stay FWD it will be a TL or Accord coupe......a T-s will be 35 easy...
