Unfortunately though there was another case of bad photography by my co-worker...
The first one he took was from kind of far away, and he tried to take a picture of the interior on the second one but that didn't work out so well... Once he took the picture from right beside it the driver noticed and slowed WAY down to get away from us! LOL! So from that point on my co-worker refused to take anymore pictures...
They must be test driving them A LOT out on US33 by the plant, because I saw one while going West early Mon. morning and then saw this second one this evening while coming back East.
I did take a good long look at the front while we were in front of it though, and I must say it does look pretty sweet to me... To each his/her own though...
Anyway, here are the not-so-good pictures from this evening...

Oy! two encounters and just these 3 photos? Don't get me wrong - I appreciate.... But, I would have kicked the camera-challenged co-worker out my car and have (s)he walk home.

I argued with him the whole way back to the office about how he is a pansy, not taking anymore pictures just because the driver saw us and slowed down... I mean, wth could they have done?!!
I'm not too happy about it.
I'm going to try and make an appointment to go see a client in Marysville next week, just so I can try my luck again and get some better pictures MYSELF!

Ehhhh...still not feeling it. It looks like a GS / G35 in motion. Much better than the spy pics, though!
With the upcoming G37 sedan getting 325HP, I would have thought that the SH-AWD TL model would at least have 310+HP?
The interior does look pretty sweet, though...but not a huge step forward over the 3G TL.
Wow, this segment is getting ultra competitive. The TL and G37 represent great values compared to the IS, C class and 3 series!
BTW, I'm keeping my 06 TL for the time being.

Interesting. I like the center console a bit more, but not feelin' the NAV. I dig the weather radar, though. lol.
The exterior still looks blech to me. That silver color they showed in the video may do it the most justice as it allows the buck tooth/meat cleaver grill to blend in with the rest of the car and not look like it's riding up the hood like a moron designed it.
Eh... I've got a 2004 TL that's just about to hit 104,000 miles. I'm hanging onto it for a while longer. I see a lot of cars out there now that can give the '09 TL a run for the money on aesthetics alone. But I won't discuss those here as it may be off-topic... lol.

From this forum. Alot of people are convinced that this car is the next NSX.
Actually, it is a rendition of the next Acura CL-class coupe. 4-door coupe, I dunno about that. My father who worked at Honda Japan believes this is not the next NSX-type supercar.

If they made that car (possibly the NSX, I don't know), into a four-door-coupe, ,that would be freakin awesome. The car looks like a cross between an S2000 and a Aston Martin V8 Vantage

After seeing the new TL in motion in the now-removed video, it looks a LOT better than the majority of the pics that have been posted in this thread. Just wish they would have had some engine sound in the vid.
I think 305 hp/275 lb-ft. torque will be fine for this car. It won't be the fastest in its segment, but I'm not really into the stoplight racing scene.

I watched the videos last night. The car looks much better in the videos and looks very bold on the road.Definitely, KBB violated the press embargo by releasing the video earlier, probably a mistake.
Anyhow I really think it's a lot of car for the money, I remember: >400 watts ELS stereo! -10 speakers-, 3.5L base. New EPS, new damper systems to neutralize nose diving/jumping when stopping or accelerating, new navigation... TL end of sept, SHAWD end nov. $34K TL / $42K TL-SHAWD

Look for files created around the time you watched the video. PM me if you find it or need help finding it.
Is that true for a flash video player that streams it from the server and posts to your player? I know if you were watching a WMV or actual video file, it would be in your temp files but the flash movies.. mebbe not?

The videos on kbb.com are hosted by BrightCove, which uses flash, so the files are going to be .FLV files in your Temporary Internet Files. If somebody can find those videos (Internet address will be something like http://brightcove.blah.blah/blah/etc.etc) and e-mail them to me, I'll gladly convert it to an MPG or AVI for everyone to view.

Anyone see that video that is willing to look into their temporary internet files?
