That is a HUGE compliment, thank you very much, man. WOW.
1) There is no amber in the lights...the amber in the type s diffusers is wrapped in carbon fiber...I promise!
2) Unique Style Racing...call and ask for Simon (google them, also on ebay) and tell him you're from Acurazine. He'll give you a good price.

Yes sir, what a weekend. Awessssome BIRTHDAY! 33 never looked so good! Well, there were these vinyls on the rear fender, I'll post a pic, the paint wasn't bad but there was something about it that didn't look right. I've gotten a pretty critical eye over the years.

Very nice as always. That side/rear angle pic shows a need for an exhaust mod. Those oem exhaust tips are way too sunken in. With how handy you are I'm sure you can figure out something creative.

but J, make sure if you go dual style tips (idk if you want to spend major mulah) that they are staggered length. those ALWAYS look the best

Yeah, it's funny, I thought of that too...maybe having the tips moved out a bit...or just suck it up and one day get a catback finally. We shall see! J.

Thanks Anil, that's the nicest thing you've ever said to me! I think it's important to take the time to actually make the pictures look artistic...well, it's a hobby anyway. I think some come out kinda questionable...but I do like this last batch. I agree on getting some tips...we'll have to see what I end up doing.

Great shots man. What color are your Brembos painted...is that silver? I've been thinking about painting mine white, but I think it would be a nightmare to keep clean.

Yes sir, it's silver...high temp silver, then brembo decal then high temp clear.
Sanded the sh*t outta them prior to painting too...I painted my old hubs too so it took me a whole weekend to do it right. Just the calipers would have been a few hour job.

White would be tough, but honestly, if it has an even coat of dust on it it'll just look like off white...plus, if I NEEDED to, i can reach behind my works and wipe down a little.

i would love white caliper even now, but no way i could keep them nice with stock wheels...no clearance to even wipe them

silver calipers are sick as hell though. yellow is also awesome.

Sean, thanks man...I LOVE the silver. I had thought about that copper color or blue, but I kinda like how clean and crisp it looks with just the silver.

So, after my friend's debacle with picking a car and finding out it was crashed in Anthracite Metallic...I found him another one...41K miles...extended warranty...and Carbon Bronze Pearl...has the spoiler, tints and door moldings. Other than the tints, we both agreed if it hadn't had it, he wouldn't have put them on, but now that they are, he digs em.

Glad my friend is finally happy and driving a new car...he had a 97 accord since 97 as his first car. Drove that baby till the bitter end.

Congrats to your friend!
Teach him the modding ways lol

If there's one thing, I would avoid the fancy borders.
If you have to add a border, just a simple black border would do =)

Yeah man...thanks fellas. he's so happy...I have to admit, CBP is my favorite of the TL colors...so I'm a little jelly. But then when looking at mine parked next to it...mine does look better overall.
he's got two young kids, so he won't be modding much.
GP...I got you, I DO like to frame out the pictures...but the mirror frame is a little much.

KBP is awesome too, but CBP is it...it's perfect...not too showy but not too boring and hides dust.

Tell your buddy not to let the munchkin factor kill his modding dreams. It is possible! Just make sure the kiddies/wifey have their "toys" too.

Have you used the ONR yet? I just got mine in the mail, but I haven't tried it out.

Let me know how you like that digital torque wrench...I saw the tempting GB thread, but I still like my trusty traditional torque wrench.

Dude...my fiancee rags on me for loving all colors that look like baby poop.
Can't help it...I LOVE CBP (NOT Crystal Black...they shoulda stuck with NBP)

I have never tried ONR...I won it on a thread on here! Looking forward to giving it a whirl. Going to try on an inconspicuous area first...but seems good to do a quick wash/dry. We'll see.
I have a click style $10 torque wrench from HF...but I was intrigued by this one being digital and dual camm'd etc...plus, when I used my 10 one to try and do 15 ft lbs once, it snapped off a bolt!!! This one gives you visual and audible confirmation when you reach torque. Sent my fiancee the thread link and she ordered it.

What the heck?! 15 ft/lbs is almost hand-tightened haha. I love my click TW, but this digital one seems like a really good deal for something I'd use regularly.

I used to love the sound of the first cable box remotes when they'd change channels. WITH AUTHORITY!

Yeah, I agree...I've always just guestimated how tight to make things...but as I get older I realize how important it is to torque to whatever specs they tell you to. And I was a little nervous trusting this task to a $10 one from HF.
