Well, this is Apple REALLY being uber-confident that their brand power is strong enough to draw people to pay that much for a digital watch.
I mean...in the watch industry, the most iconic brand is arguably Rolex. But, I don't think they are cocky enough to release a quartz movement and just, I don't know, encrust it with diamonds and hope some rich fool buys it.
Anyhow, I'll be curious how much Apple can get from the rich and elite.

It's funny how marketing can make a flaming bag of crap look like the next big thing that everyone needs. No wait, that everyone wants.

Good god I just read some guy from Charlottesville, va bought the watch edition for his wife for their 50th golden anniversary

Oh...forgot to mention. Betty got her new couch last night...gotta admit, I dig it...nice layout, and quality.
Plus, didn't have to retire the old couch since it was still in good condition, moved it to this undefined space and it works there...luckily, she agrees!

Also, you and Justin have kush work hours! I'm 6am - 6pm, Sun - Thurs. I don't mind the getting up early, but getting off at 3ish would be awesome.
I agree with the "f the iWatch" It just doesn't appeal to me at all.

I once was asked from one of the PMs in some asinine meeting why I wasn't closer to finishing my work. I told them because you kill half my work week with these bullshit meetings while you duck out at 4PM. You should be happy I get any work done. Zipped up my fly, then walked out.

I'm seeing it tomorrow with Wifey. On that note, we're also going to the Edmonton car show tomorrow. I heard yesterday that Edmonton has the 2nd largest car show in Canada How that's possible, I don't know. I haven't been to the show in about 4 years. Just gets boring going every year.
Apparently there will be 4 new cars revealed at the show. Curious to know what they are.

I go every year or two, nice seeing the new cars, but it does get boring at some point. I mostly like the modded/tuner cars section.
