Shiett.. last week I picked up groceries after practice. Anyways.. I'm a long ass line and this fine ass chica was in an adjacent line. She was wearing pink sports bra with her sammy note tucked into it.. lulu lemon stretchy pants.. she was like white hispanic, milky skin, blondge with dirty highlights in a messy ponytail.. coke bottle figure (double d's and a jlo booty - perfect proportions).. I mean face 10/10, body 10/10, the ass and tittays was like blam blam. I gave the guy behind me an eyebrow shrug and he gave a nod back.. not like lets toss each others salads, butt like.. tag team back again.
Anyways.. back to the freaknic. Tried not to strain my eyes.. checkout, check redbox, take the groceries to the grocery tosser (V). What do you know.. miss phat booty is in front of me pushing her cart in the same direction as moi. What do you know.. she's parked in a yellow hoopty next to the V. Pack the V up.. put cart back, she comes to the passenger side of her car for no reason (opens pass door, I check out the goods) she closes door walks towards me while I'm headed to teh drivers side (she wanted to rub tits together). She gives me the sex eyes (or don't rape me eyes, can't tell) and says nice car.
Thanks.

I've had a few compliments in the TL.. best was from a homeless guy. I gave him a 10 spot, he says nice ride man.. is this a mercedes? eyeing front to back. I said it's a Honda.. he said what???!?!?!?! in total disbelief.

i think around 2010 there was some random girl walking nearby my car and was saying "my dream car" and proceeded to hug it.

Cmon you gotta be lying, or a douche or something. I washed the car yesterday and among the plethora of freshly washed car worth a billion more than mine I still got the rubberneck from one dude.
Got to drive with another NBP TL for a few minutes too on the highway. Always nice rivalry. We nodded at each other and parted ways at some point. No homo.

Like right under Hitler and Mussolini.
I meant to ask you, what do you use to wash/wax your car? Need some help with the NBP, heh.
I got a quality sheepskin mitt, 2 buckets, meguiar's gold class car wash, a meguiar microfiber drying towel but I'm looking for suggestions on improvements as well as waxing side of things.

Honestly...I own it all...I started off with zaino by hand. Then porter cable pc...then full rotary and everything in between. I will say that with a daily...keep your sanity. Wash, clay if you feel like it, but just make it look good from a distance/pictures. To keep it swirl free with the sun's reflection requires too much time, and anality.
Wash...and every 3 months put a coat of synthetic on. I do Wolfgang Deep paint sealant 3.0...although over the counter megs gold class liquid works great too.

I don't understand peoples fascination with touching paint. YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO TOUCH IT. The more you man handle it, the worse it looks over time. Gah...

What you bought is good for maintaining your paint. I also suggest you get a clay bar before applying any polish/wax/whatever its called.
Wash your car thoroughly. Then clay it. Then polish it.
Detailing is nothing short of producing fine art. My knowledge on the subject is limited, but my closest friend does some of the most amazing detail work in Edmonton. His combination of OCD-ness and surgical-like approach is nothing short of awesome to watch.

What did you think about the Porter Cable? Worth it? I can get it for $170 on Amazon.ca so it's one of the cheapest offering I believe.

Sounds like your car needs a good base job and you won't be able to do that by hand. You can apply the Meguire's stuff, and it will help a bit, but it will likely just make the imperfections stand out more, like swirls (especially on a black car!!).
