Shifts weren't as smooth with the HONDA stuff. Immediately noticed the difference when I went back to GM. I feel like I've outgrown the TL. I got some 8.5 aspecs recently so I'm planning to throw them and raise the car up to see if it gives a smoother ride and more simple look. I guess it's safe to say im.getting old. I'm eyeing the Q50 or the TLX or even a 2g TSX.
In other news my s2k wheels should re ready today

I think that making the TL more comfortable is a good idea though. No new car payment...I've had that talk with myself a ton of times too. Just doesn't make sense to get rid of a reliable, good looking, paid off, family sedan.
What wheels did you go with?
I'll give it a few days...only a $20 mistake if I end up not being as happy. I really think it might be in my head because of what you said.

See the Abarth would at least be SOMEWHAT appealing, at least as far as a huge troll car. Other than that the 500 makes me want to every time I see it.

Hey, I guess if you have the money, go for it.

Pretty much why I would never buy one - That and the quality is certainly nothing to write home about either. Frankly, I hope I can keep this TL at LEAST 5 to 6 years. Considering the condition its in and with still less than 100 000 km on it, no reason I shouldn't be able to. I'll likely be driving 15000 km a year at most anyway

Anyway, just not my style. I drive around 15000km a year too, TL is currently creeping on 150000km so I can ride this baby a while too.

Got a decent deal on a set of s2k spec ce28. Had them powdercoated. My responsible side kicks and wants to keep the car. No issues more than a sagging headliner. Replaced most of the front end parts last year including steering rack. The other side is like man live a little, no kids or no major responsibility. Hopefully a set of fresh aspecs will do the trick Any noticeable change after adding the new diff fluid?
Take care of what annoys you about it, and spend the $ making yourself happy with blow and hos.
I removed headliner myself and took to upholstery shop...charged me $140 to use industrial glue and put on some oem matching fabric. Well worth it. Plus, got all my shirt pins back
I forgot about the CE...nice, man! Gonna look great.
No, didn't notice anything...drove the car around the work parking lot 1 2 3...gears feel fine. Guess I'll likely leave the MTF for a few thousand miles, I'll drop SM back in next change.

New car smell wears off pretty quickly...car payment doesn't. And then, how do you break the cycle every 5 years when you're board.

Hello, my name is Grammar Nazi.
I agree with you though, the payments... what a good way to burn a hole in your pocket every month.

Pizza and farts? Well, she still looks damn good! Thankfully, my car has never been smoked in and still has new car smell.

If you have any questions for real though, feel free to shoot me a PM. You guys make me laugh and stuff so the least I could do is help you earn an additional $34.50 over the course of your 401k/investments/careers.

Haha yeah it does when it's done, but not when it's blocking you from other fun projects!
Already change oil and filter, mtf, and 3/4 rotors (the impact driver bit broke lol, waiting for replacement)
still need to finish the brakes, adjust parking brake, change psf, brake, clutch fluid, rebuild calipers (uneven pad wear, wtf), change some interior bulbs, then go get an alignment and inspection.
