if you want to show your boss that you're a real go-getter, you have to be able to put your ankles behind your neck. on the ready. and then back again.

I'm done, you guys have a good weekend. I have my wife's baby shower tomorrow and then a party after that, so I won't be on.

the only thing i use my smart watch for is custom watch faces.
I also carry my phone on vibrate, always. so, its nice to feel a little buzz to the wrist to let me know some one is calling or texting.

but i def. dont text or call using the watch. I also dont care about the fitness apps, as they are just step counters and i'm too advanced for a simple step counter.

its badass to change the watch faces tho. every day, im rocking a new one.

Been thinking of a moto 360 or an Asus Zenwatch. What do you have?

Agree, but there is a HR sensor on the apple watch. That would be useful for plyometerics/cardio/crossfit/running

Yeah HR monitors in gadgets are average at best. Never believe these things, not that they're actually useful or anything...

Moto360 is my first choice, the price got dropped too on Amazon.com... not on Amazon.ca though.

it works, but it just isnt useful for me, as i work out daily and dont need something to remind me that ive been sitting all day.

"Hey, your heart rate has been at this rate all day....go walk"

"FUCK YOU WATCH, dont tell me what to do."

Haha same. I hit the gym anyway to counter sitting on my ass. HR monitor is just gimmicky IMHO, never really understood the point.

HR monitor, depends.

i think theres an ideal HR youre supposed to be in for efficient fat burning or some crap.

also maybe you should take a break if your HR is at your max HR?

or maybe i could be useful for HIIT?

Justin...you're hilarious...I'm too advanced for my heart rate monitor.
I was going to google the watch you have cause that vibrate feature would help with missed calls...but fuck that...I spend too much money on bs anyway.
