Besides the sunroof, what else does the Canadian Accord Sport have that the US one doesn't?

I'm really happy for Kevin...that's a gorgeous ride.

he's over on driveaccord.net now instead of acurazine. He'll be back though.

Smart key, display audio, 350 watt stereo, sunroof, signal mirrors, Lane watch and I think that's it. Basically an EX-L with half leather seats, dual exhaust, and 19's

Good.

This should be a place for Acura owners and drivers only.

Buy a Honda? GTFO and find some low-rent Honduuuhhh forum to mumble about what rimz to get next and should you get 5% tints or get 2 layers of 5% tints?

Oh, and of course to discuss which eBay seller to buy your mad-tyte JDMyo altezza taillights from.

Buncha shitlord Honad drivers...

I was over on DA since I had my 13' not very active.

I actually posted up about the Accord Friday morning on DA before I even told anyone over here.

Sneaky little bastard...

I love that thing. We drove it Saturday and yesterday. We ask my son which car he wants to take and he says "dadas car."

I've ordered HID's and interior lights for it. Going to get some tint and that's probably it. The 19s fill the wheel gap perfect for me.

I did some quick looking into it, and we get more stuff like LED fog lights and tail lights and heated seats. Nice car. Just chaps my ass you can't get the v6 with the 6mt. I know, they'd likely only sell 3 per year, but I'd realistically consider one sometime next year. Too bad.

How does the car play/ android auto work? Does it just mirror the screen on your phone? Can you get navigation that way?

Yes, the heated seats are nice... but living in Cali it's not really needed. I've probably used it in the Explorer 3-4 times. We get LED fogs and tails but I wish the sport had LED headlights too.

I just took a quick peak on driveaccord.net, and there's a guy being denied warranty work for some kind of weird vibration he is getting, because his car was lowered 1.5". Honda won't even look at the car. Dafuq? Since when has lowering a car ever caused vibrations? That's a new one to me. OP claims the vibration was there even before lowering the car.

Of course everyone on that forum is jumping on the band wagon, calling the OP a dummy for lowering his car. That's fucking bullshit.

You can basically mirror your phone, so OEM nav isn't needed

Oh, ok, I saw someone on the accord forum say that the US models didn't get the lights. I'm starting to see that forum is full of buffoons.

I kind of prefer the projector headlights over the LED ones. The LED lights just look like the mouth of a whale, with all the vertical lines in them. At least you can install HIDs safely in your projectors. Just be sure to remove them if you ever get warranty work done

Ok cool. The touring models here come with navi standard. Seems like a step backwards, or, an unnecessary bump in price if you can just get the same feature, which will always stay current, through your phone.

I've never heard of that, I'm glad I have my buddy who is at Honda, it's a 45 minute drive but worth it.

He was busy shooting all over his car, in his garage. And I don't mean with photos

I can't blame the guy. I'd likely be doing the same. It's nice owning something you know most others will never have the chance

Gary, how serious are you? First buyer backed out because he doesn't want to put "premium gas in it". I could/should put together a mod list of things addressed, and little nuances.

The more I think about it, the happier I'd be if it went to an out of state enthusiast that would actually appreciate the damned thing. That would also dicktaste what else I end up leaving on the car vs scavenging stuff over to my new car (ie, camber kit, shifter bushings, short shift kit, sound system, RV6 exhaust.

NSX configurator has launched, if anyone cares. I priced mine out at $211,715.00. I think I will have to save for a couple weeks longer before I can buy it...

Dude, he was my boss/friend at the same time...used to take MAD advantage of me to do stuff on his fleet of cars.

So that ended sourly...I tell him, I don't come with this car. You buy it, it's yours...don't come bothering me (aside from questions, I know the car better than anyone). So he starts by tasking me to find a nice suspension for the civic he's driving now that he's giving to his daughter.

Then complains about cost of tires for 18's and premium gas. Immediately I was like, why the FUK am I man of my word. I also realized when I priced it out for him, I made it too cheap...what you can get around that price is NOT well maintained. I think I took for granted that I'm a nut and my idea of well maintained is not everyone's.

Nope, those are US dollars. I don't think the configurator is available here yet. I just found the link on NSXPrime, which is US based...
