VLAD, btw this is my favorite video when I used to hit the gym heavy....i went from being 150 to 175 and was down to 8-9% body fat, all because of the motivation from this video:
the whole "one more rep" motivation and dedication is just awesome

Health is an investment. I wonder how many people who took poor care of their bodies have that irreversible regret as they are suffering from an illness due to weight and lack of exercise.
It's preventable. Not always...luck as a lot to do with it...but, generally, preventable. At least you can say you did your part.

Shoulders and back today...ended with lunges and squats. Next week, it's back to crossfit/functional.

What's unfortunate is that if his health goes, taking care of him becomes on us...meaning, his family...and us, the society...he takes up a hospital bed...or takes up the queue to see a doctor/specialist that can be for someone else.

Vossen are still gorgeous wheels. Even if they've had failure and are heavy.
Unless you're on the TL diet, I wouldn't be too worried about a little weight on the corners.
