if he does not have the time too, ask him to send it to Matt Hickam...that dude has a shop in Dallas as well...Robert got his manifold and couple other stuff from Matt...
That would be your best bet to stay local and save on shipping and stuff....else you can send it to Bisi or KMS or King Motorosport...they are $$$ thought but they test all their stuff on a flow bench before shipping it out...
EDIT: where ever you send your heads, make sure you send the intake runners as well....if you are still using my intake runners, I had the top ported and polished but the bottom (where they connect to the head) were only polished since I have stock heads....if you are porting out the heads, you might want to send the runners in to be port matched so it doesnt create a lip at the ported heads....

yeah, he's busy. i asked about porting but it seemed like was more interested in getting rid of the engine than doing work on it.
I am totally fine with 3.5 heads and cams without any porting and polishing.

the only reason why I mentioned is that once the heads are off the car, it barely costs another 500-700 bucks to get the extra HP...its not everyday we take the heads off the car...
also when you put the heads on, make sure you change the head bolts/all necessary gaskets....I have read they need torquing couple times before they are "set" to a torque....
you have an 06, so might as well do the timing belt job as well (if its not done before) and valve adjustment once you put the heads on the car....
I like to club my work together to do as much when a certain part is off

with as much as that thing sits on stands, he'd probably be a decade early on his 105K

i had a night to think about it, since Robert gave me a shipping quote already, I might as well take the heads as is.
and I dont need to do the 105k service.
if I fuck up the valves again, I'll get them re-machined with better specs, for now I'm content on the type-s heads for like 300 dollars.
yeah, its better to upgrade now, butt, fuck it. I just want my car back. lol

We went to a friend of a friend's place...they are total foodies but we were kinda full from bbq'ing with my cousin. They spent a ton of money on some serious fireworks though and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to sit out behind their place and watch them over the small lake.
Awesome 4th!

LeBron could not guard the IS350. The IS350 would dunk on LeBron all century.

Not even the combined efforts of LeBron, LeMJ, LeWilt, LeKobe, LeChewlikeCamel, LeUglyRaptor, LeWhoever...could guard the IS350.
