I preach this on the daily, yo. At the end of the day, people are going to do whatever they want, whether or not it's wrong. I can't tell you how much dumb shit I've dealt with from my closest bros (and how much of my dumb shit they've dealt with) over the years. We've all grown up and we're at the point that we motivate and encourage each other to be better both by saying and by doing. The ones who haven't adopted this mentality simply fell out. Not because we didn't want them back, they just never came back. One of them came back because he decided to change. He's gotten his shit together since then and is much better off than he was before (job, school, hobbies, etc). We never forced him, he had to decide that for himself and all he could do before that was look in and see what we were doing.

I agree people will do whatever they want to do. This is not the first time justin's behavior has surfaced with me but this is a public forum so I don't see a need to bring it up. In all of however months he had the wheel I never brought it up here because that's between me and him but when he felt it necessary to make it public that I shouldn't be asking for my wheel because his car is in the shop I'm not going to just sit down and shut up. Funny how he was probably looking for sympathy on here and that shit back fired on him. Bottom line is right is right, wrong is wrong and if he can't see that then God be with him.

My biggest issue is being too sensitive...I agree, I should learn to internalize a lot more and let more sh*t just roll off my back. I wear my emotions on my sleeve so it's always obvious when I'm peeved. I guess since we all met and jovially interact with each other one here...I feel like it's a safe place to vent and even to discuss any issues that arise.

To be frank, there was actually a slew of things I had to say to Justin about his visit here that I did not repeat online and only shared with him directly to avoid making him look like a dbag. That's never my intent, it's really to make him better. Again, not my job, like you said...I guess my blasts, although sometimes indulgent and condescending, are always based on good intention.

I did 2.5 miles yesterday, then we ended up playing basketball anyway and did that.

Was going to take it easy today but jogged 3.3 miles today at lunch instead. I'm so fkng ironman. do you?

I usually run on the treadmill for 20 minutes. Not sure on distance...it's more timed and based on incline percentage and speed.


When the weather is comfortable, I run the river-valley stairs. That usually takes about 25 minutes overall given the exercises I go through on them.

Today was just chest, abs, and some squats/lunges. Working out of the regional center and had to use their office facility...
