BUT, she seems to be pretty dramatic about the fact that this house is likely going to be our home for a long time so she HATES the paint color, and HATES the tile. I'm like, you can't just say it's not one you would pick? You either like something or HATE it?

Contactor swapped out...new (old faithful) thermostat installed...no more having to kill the AC at the breaker and coming into a sweltering house.

Haha...I can't even get my wife to let me take the TL when we go to Lowes or Home Depot. Always have to take her Escalade in case we "come across a good deal."
