it fixed the rough misfire at idle and that's all that matters

Well, I used my 650 ft/lb dual hammer pneumatic one...and the bolts were intact and awesome, but the threading on the softer metal bracket partially stripped away on the inside. Fk me...in the end, I just torqued them back in in hopes they'd hold (they're the front brackets for the differential and are held by 4 17MM grade 10 bolts)...and they did. So I left well enough alone and went back to removing the mounts to install the collars. Car feels fkng solid as sht out back now...didn't realize how sloppy it was before but now it feels great.
