I had legit Sichuan Chicken at this joint in Tainan Taiwan
Like how the fuck would I know it's legit.. idk
But it had a layer of Sichuan Peppers over it, braised in the oil
The chicken (cat/dog) was so tender, amazing
The pepper oil was sweet and fire ass hot
My whole tongue was numb, so delicious and painful to eat
