Dealerships are dicks. I hate them, that's why I only work with one dealership that I get all my cars from. Poor man Honda though.

Thing is we got there at 4:30, they close at 6. We were there for 1 hour. Within that hour, there wasn't a potential buyer that stepped in. I forgot it was also the last Saturday of the month, but the guy wasn't willing to drop to 52,500 and not for nothing, I wasn't going to pay that for a base model. The GLE 43 SUV's, I can find one year newer, 15,000 miles less and more options for the same price. I would need to travel. I'm sure at Acura someone would have sat there and answered every question I had without worrying about time being wasted. It's a small dealership off the beating path. The other MB Dealerships in NJ are massive.

No on all warranties. If you do want warranty, ask right away what the employee discount is.
Finance guy will know you fuck. Then lowball that number.
if I send cash, can you buy a car for me? No “money missing” scenarios though.

Ah.. but that ML63 is no joke
So she's shooting more for a CUV..

Why not Macan S?
Price is good, plenty quick.

I see low mileage ones in the 30-40s.
Not bad.

We looked at a 2017 Macan S, but it's too small for us. We will need the trunk space.

Hell the 2014 ML63 we almost bought, the dealership had treated us like royalty and I got them down to $45,950. The Greek sales manager said he is going to have a talk with the two sales reps we dealt with. He gave me his number and told me to call him directly. He will also help me keep an eye out for what I really want which is a 2017 GLE 43 SUV not coupe. The coupe thing my wife wants, til she sat in it and didn't like the space in the back. Oh and the Sport + mode is nice but the "Enhanced engine sound" from the speaker system didn't impress me since i like hearing the real deal. Was still fun to drive around.
Bleh, hate these poser engine sound stuff....honestly I'd have walked out after dude said we were wasting his time.

But yeah guess there are good dealers out there...just gotta find them....

For me, the JGC Trackhawk is insane on the streets....unlesss you do lot of highway roll racing....for stop light drag races and medium speed street runs.....Trackhawk seems to kill it with the 0-60/80, AWD, heavy + traction.....unless you got a P100D.

Yeah when you can afford 75k JGC with 700+hp.....it is the logical thing to do! A DSRT is what 60k with options? (unless im way off in that price estimate) Maaan....plonk down 15k more and I'd get a Trackhawk.....similar financial hit in those price ranges anyway....

Oh heck no, ain't definitely no use for big power cars here in Honolulu. Big Island? Most definitely lot of open roads to tear it up and low LEO....but Oahu definitely no no.

I seen a 1st gen Ford GT and a Mclaren 650S the other day driving east on Kalanianaole hwy past Hanauma bay area.

And just recently talked with someone who works at the docks showed me a brand new white 720S they were unloading from the ship....fair amt of ppl with money...but yeah here not much to open up. Even big island....not much car scene even though roads are there.

I'm leaving hawaii 06/2019 anyway....gotta be back on the mainland for proper roads/car scene......
