Here's a video of it starting -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sdp-g0K5x2Q
I'll post up some more when I get home from work
Air filter looked pretty dark in one of the pics. and The ebrake, unless you have it cranked on really hard should not really go up that high. A properly adjusted parking brake should engage enough to hold the car between 3-6 clicks as you pull it up.

anyways Nice work man, it must feel really good to be able to say you did it yourself.

I'll have to look into the e-brake adjustment, but it engages just fine and stops the car so

The K&N filter was cleaned and oiled not too long ago so maybe the pics make it look dark. I'll try and get another couple shots of it and see what the color looks like then.

Because it's a lot easier to quit when you hit roadblocks then to keep trudging on. Trust me, I'm about 5 months in to my swap on my civic

Looking great, but I think I need to make the obligatory comment about lowering it excessively, and putting some different wheels on

The car did just get lowered (see signature). I'm going to do a full detail tomorrow and go take some good pictures of it though everything still hasn't settled to how low it will eventually be. The wheels are going to stay for now, but I am going to get new ones in summer (I hope).

himself?.. hmm. lol I had to leave early to NYC joe finished up the rest of the mechanical work (while kris was at work) with his one severed hand (white flesh was showing the minute he hit that brake shield) never seen a dude cry with agony. Hey Kris, how's that clutch feeling? Make sure you finish up the interior, I left the rear seats off and a few bolts loose here and there. Check under the seats, the bolts from the seats should be under both driver and passenger. Good thing to see you guys got the radiator fans and A/C working again!

Tell joe to go take a shower also, i haven't seen that man shower since he got to tallahassee, that dude won't rest until the damn thing's done.. geez. Never seen a dirtier grease monkey until this week. LOL

Yea I was going to put them in, but I lost one of the wires that hooks up to the monitors. Plus, the headrest on the TL is foam all the way through so the bracket for the monitor doesn't have anything to attach to. I have to figure out a way to make the monitors stay in there and I have to find another wire to make the other monitor work. I took out my in dash DVD anyway so I'll be riding OEM Bose for a while.

Yea he's like a now

All the credit goes to Joe. Without him, this swap wouldn't have been possible
He came last Saturday and is still kind of helping me trouble shoot and make sure everything is still working. We thought we were going to be done by the end of last weekend but with all the different things and extra parts I had to order (and wait for) he ended up staying a full week instead of just 2-3 days like we originally planned. A big thanks goes out to him .

Isn't there those little metal pieces that move the headrest up and own go into the headrest so that you might be able to secure it with zip-ties? I thought I saw somewhere that the headrest was foam so they used zip ties to secure the bracket in. I might be wrong but it doesn't hurt to try.

I'm still running the TL-P ECU and it has a different speed sensor signal than the CL-S. We're working on a way to get it working which will get me VTEC, cruise control and rev limiter where it should be (instead of 5K where it is now).

Wow its so awesome someone else did this congrats on your car. Just wondering though I noticed in your video you had your dash lights on is that going to be forever because of the swap or is it something to be fixed in the future?

We are working on the lights. The problem is that the ECU is trying to read all the sensors from the automatic trans and it isn't receiving any signal at all b/c the trans and sensors aren't there to send one.

Why doesn't the speed-o-meter work is it due to a sensor or something?

nice... make sure to keep us informed on getting the speedo/rev limiter fixed because I DEFINITELY need speedo here as 50 km/h (~30mph?) over the limit gets you instant suspension, impound and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ fine

and 5000rpm redline wont cut it on the track lol

I know, I can't wait. Once I get vtec back and higher rev limit plus the crank pulley. This thing's going to be a beast. Then comes boost.
