Mr. Hyde,

I'll drop off the money with what I have, you can send another one in, and if I do get your other one, YES I will put it towards your final balance.

The paypal option is not going to work because I found out that I can't take the money out right away, and even when its ready for withdraw, it takes like a week to get the check from them.. :o

In the last month or so i have spent big bucks on comptech headers & now the chip. The wife has gone bullistic, with the you buy that i will buy this. She's out of control. Women. anyone else have this problem. LOL

I just don't tell the gf what I buy for my car. If I do, I just lie about the price. She thinks CT headers cost $100.

I use the opposite approach. Before Christmas I told my g/f I would be getting new rims in the spring... and they cost 4k. She goes "wow that's a lot of money..." and then I drop the issue for a while. Now that I'm ready to buy, I tell her they're going to cost 2k because "I got a good deal"... and I get the response "oh... that's not that bad then".

Since when does gf=wife? Why do you even need to tell your gf how much you spent or what you bought? Please don't tell me you've opened up a joint account with her. Oh yeah, and

Hope no one gets mad at me either, i will officially be removing myself from this GB.
However, i am ONLY DOING SO because i am boosting soon and the unichip will not be a candidate for the job!

HAHA... 33 pages is NOTHING. Do a search for a thread called "I just wanted to say..."

The most recent long one was the SOCOM II thread in ramblings. Its been closed because now we have our own private forum

yah but you have to remember .. even if the same person checks the thread a few times a day it counts each time. I can definetly say since the thread started, I've probably checked it hundreds of times.

Update:

I called Jack on Friday trying to setup a drop off, but he was really busy that afternoon, so he didn't get a chance to call me back when he said he did. But not to worry, I asured me that the ball is already rolling on his end of production for the Chip. I just need to call him back, drop of both my car and the deposit so his engineer can begin working on the PnP harness.

I will update again on deposit list tomorrow.

p.s. TypeR let me know how you have things worked out with Jack, so we can add you to the list.

Just got mine back in the mail with a big stamp on it that says "Not Deliverable as addressed. Unable to Forward"

I'll try again using priority mail, not sure why it got bounced back like that.

question: the way i understand this is all chips for this GB are designed as per Brians cl-s. The differance between his car & mine are, besides mine being a tl, is he has the special exhaust, I have stock exhaust. We both have the comptech headers, he has the injen cia, i have the K&N drop in filter. will there be any differences & or problems being that there are differences between brians cls & my tls. Or do i have to get a better intake & exhaust system.? will mine work just fine with the unichip, or will i have to get it modified by a tech for my specifics....thanks.

remember this post a few pages back? it still applies today.

all chips will be the same (besides mine ). the tuning was done on Brians car that has a cold air intake, headers and mufflers.

that same chip will work on everything from a stock vehicle to one w/ intake, headers, exhaust, pulleys etc. the more mods you have the more results you will get from the chip.

the pulleys add 8-12 hp and around the same amount of tq.

not sure what that will do w/ the chip, but we will know soon enough.

This is crazy.. I won't trust the mail ever again.. They're several people on here that it didn't go through for and/or not in a very timely manner.. A pretty high failure rate if you ask me..

Thanks Bri.. I'll be sending it FedEx tonight..
