no way, what are the odds...

I think Sierra @ Tahoe. I wanna go to Heavenly, but it's hella expensive. My uncle likes Sierra for some reason, I really don't care where I go as long as there's snow. Where you gonna be?

hahahaha
Look at those phatties!

I'm buying these wheels from a friend of mine. He has a Q45 which is RWD, so the rear tires are 255/40 and they JUST barely fit. hehe. I'm gonna get them stripped and polished. So, right now, I'm simply ghetto fabulous!

The track was awesome, a lot of fast ass cars! I don't think my buddy with the turbo'ed sentra missed any gears, just couldn't race it that night. Only ran a 13.8 when he should have ran a 13.2. Oh well. I didn't run either, but had a lot of fun.

edit: mantis, do me a favor and please email me those pics, or if you can't send them all, email me and i'll give you an ftp site to upload them too. it's nice finally having my own server at home.

I'll be at Heavenly. My :-* and I are staying with another couple in a 2 room place for pretty cheap. Apparently Albertson's has good discounts on lift tickets, etc, so maybe I can get in and out of there for cheap.

I've never snowboarded, so my arse will prolly hurt by Sunday. not in a prison kinda way, Casper.

Casper, I only saw the guy run once and I think his time was closer to 16 than 13. It was a bad run no doubt. He was hunting gears all the way down the track. I know the car is faster than that.

I had fun at the track too. Ran into Chad from Imsport Racing. I looked for you guys latter that night but obviuosly didn't find you. I left at 11PM.

i hope they're really discounted. They're $62 a day normally.

I thought about trying to pick up snowboarding, but I've been skiing for a while now and don't feel like wasting my one ski vacation a year learning something new.

Hope you have an awesome time and don't get too bruised up.

got em. thanks a bunch.

are those the only pictures you took?
I am writing an article about DNE that will be featured in Nissan Performance Magazine. It's only an online magazine, but it's something. The parent company of NPM is the same company that owns NissanForums and the editor of NPM was born and raised in Dallas, so he asked for me to write the article. So, I'm trying to get as many pictures as I can to go with the article.

Thanks

I think with the discount it's $62 including snowboarding lessons per day. I'd have to check to be sure.

My girlie says the same thing about skiing vs snowboarding, but i talked her into trying it -- at least once. Lot's of things I'm trying to talk her into trying "at least once". Hehe...

any of you guys wanna give up a few parts from your stock headers if you've still got them lying around?

I need to replace thme b/c I screwed up the threading on my stock front header manifold and had to take a friend's. I just need to replace his. I actually just need that front header manifold and

1 bolt that attaches the manifold to the J-pipe.
1 nut that goes to that bolt.
2 nuts that attach the header manifold to the block.
(these I just lost or fucked them up when stripping the front manifold.)

You girls are so sweet to each other. Here's another picture for you. No, here's another picture for you... What happened to the good old days when it was all busting each other balls and everything. Damn it's like a sixties peace rally around here anymore...

Casper, nice rims. Glad I'm not the only one with gold rims around here. Isn't this the guy I met on a trip to the track last year? Since you are FWD, are you putting the big ones up front?

Guys, check out Sportscar Revolution on the speed channel at 11:30pm. They do a bit on a Supercharged CL-S. High Rev Tuners and Tuner Transformers are on before it. Pretty cool Blue CL-S 6 speed with a big break kit some nice wheels and its lowered.

Yea Mantis, I can't say much for his take on the car. Maybe what he thought it should be and what the owner had in mind where two different things and maybe a lot was left on the edit room floor in the interest of time. This is a new show, and they need to do some twiking on it, but maybe now more people will know what a CL-S is!

you still boarding tomorrow Nutz? I heard there was gonna be a huge storm in Tahoe with very high winds. I'm gonna wait and go Fri. and Sat. now.

And turns out we're going to Heavenly one day, not sure which yet. Maybe I'll run into you, hopefully not literaly. Just don't be one of those snowboarders that sits down in the middle of the run when they get tired, cause I will come by and give you a nice coating of snow.

Hey Danny the last time I went snow sking was at Heavenly. Broke my arm and dislocated my sholder. I asked my friends to put a bullit in my head and put me out of my missery but I couldn't convince them. The ride down the mountin in a Stoks Strecher was something I will never forget. Have Fun!!
