alright mantis, I forgot for some reason I can't upload files as large as those pics at high res. So I guess I'll have to AIM them to you, I never use AIM, or even have it installed so I'll try to figure it out.

you must have forgotten about the triple icebox install meet we had. We met over at Inferno's and installed his, RUF's, and Nutz' icebox.

Membership is $2,400 but why bother with that when you can do these events?

Guys, thanks for coming out. That was a lot of fun. By the end of the weekend, I was better but still struggling to keep consistent for a whole twenty minute run. I kept missing my breaking points and messing up my apexes. A lot of the better drivers in better cars were flying by Sunday afternoon! I guess that is why you keep going back. Lots of fun! Cheers, Inferno

to trim that plastic we just took a utility knife and scored the line to cut, then bent the plastic back and forth till it broke along that line.

I helped with my headers, but I did the easy part, the front bank.

I knew you guys would like the black with gold flake pearl!

Thanks--I drove it a little after work (about 7:30 last night right when the sun was going down) and found a few twisties. It is so well balanced. I gets around corners with neutral balance that has just a little more slip angle than fwd oversteer--it feels like it rotates around an axis about where the gear shift is located!!!

that's what you get with an AWD... just wait till you get that thing broken in and do a donut or two... the car WILL spin on the center point, which is usually near the shifter in these size cars....

so much fun...

Mantis, Sorry about the accident. How bad does it look? Maybe you should consider an aftermarket rear bumper. If there is one.

Mantis, has Danny sent those pictures to you? Can you forward to me?

I was gonna AIM the pics to you mantis, but them my brother went up to UTA so I gave him the pics to put on his webspace up there, then i was gonna post the links. But it turns out I'm already using almost all of the webspace. So he put them on the server up there, and when I get home later I'm going to try and move them around via ftp. Hopefully that will work. Sorry bout the delay.

If you're on dial up, as I am, take a look at this page. It's about 25 pics down to 800x600.

James from david Mcdavid in austin asked me how much I wanted to pay + my stocks for trade for his CT exhaust. I said "100 Dollars". He then continued by shaking his head in agreement. We then shook hands as a sign of contract in closing the deal.

He was gettin' rid of all his stuff. He works at DMD so got it all really cheap. Just wants his shit back to stock. The tips of the exhaust are a bit dirty and the muffler part has a few spots where the "stainless steel" part decided to rub off to a more matte finish. It's unseen since the tips are perfectly fine. I don't really like the look of the CT Exhaust but for the 2-5HP at $100 I'll take it. If not I can just turn it around later for profit.

I'm still waiting on my headers which should be in this week or next. As for my icebox I'm on waiting list and am going to pay when it hits my friend's distributor.

Mantis: yo uhit a truck!?!? WTF man? Such bad luck! How'd it happen? How's the juice running?

Danny25: I hate looking at those pictures. They just remind me I'm a student and don't get to play with beastly fast cars.
