So everyone OK from the storm? It was crazy driving home from Plano. Quite a bit of trees down not a fun thing to be around. Reminds me of a minor inland hurricane like what happened in IL.

Yea at least it was a good run of sunshine for a while lol. It was nice driving home last night. Not many people and it felt great! Other than the trees and so on. I think my friend neighbor car got crushed by the tree in there backyard which sucks! But they say it will clear up tomorrow so we will see.

Ya the storms were ridiculous... I can't remember it storming so strong for such a continuous period of time.

Got home yesterday from work and was about to go for a run and took a look at the radar right before. It showed the storm not even in Tarrant county yet so I thought of going ahead and running but something told me to not go, so I didn't. Thankfully I made the right choice because literally 15 min later it was fking 60 mph winds and raining sideways and I woulda been fucked! Oh yea and my power went out so I grabbed a beer and sat on the balcony watching small tree branches rip off and people haul ass from their cars to their apts.

Oh yea that second batch during the night was even worse! I swear lightning must haev struck 10 feet from me cus that thunder was loud as fuck. Woke me up at 2:30 and I couldn't go back to bed for at least an hour . Not to mention the monsoon of rain this morning for 4 hrs straight.



Oh yea and now they are saying it is still supposed to get to 100 today and 103 tomorrow! But still some storms later tonight. What. The. Fuck. lol TX weather.

My power went out around 7 last night and didnt come back till after 3 this morning. Made for a long, long night. Then had some hail on the way in to work this morning on the tollway. Ugh. Sounds like we will get to do it all over again tonight.

The cars and coffee thing will be on the 27th. Cars and coffee starts every last saturday or sunday of every month. But yes it is at classic bmw in plano.

Heres the info from the site itself...Looks like they will be opening earlier.

The Dallas Cars and Coffee event for Saturday June 27th is going to start at sunrise (6:30 am) and will go until 10:00 am to avoid some of the summer heat!

The location will be the same in the northwest parking lot of Classic BMW 6800 Dallas Parkway, Plano TX 75024.

and on that note...

I've got a pair of carmber kits for my rear. My driver side rear is -3 degrees. I'm about to take it to have a 4 wheel alignment.

I want to replace my 245/18 (8'.5" rims) with 265/35's. the A-Spec struts are probably running at 85%+ of new. I've got about 1" of inner tire ware.

Thoughts?

255's would be nice I dunno if the 265 might rub but you never know. Did you get the Ingalls rear?

Yeah, with 35's watch out for potholes
And toe seems to be a bigger killer on tires than camber. 265's will also take you out of the mileage running, no more 40mpg on the TL

Nail--yes they are Ingells
PMPTX -- probably right on the gas mileage. 265/35 match exactly to the 235/40s that came on the a-spec rims when i got it.

I'll make the decision shortly what to do. Got my kid going in to check on having surgery to correct a hernia, then I got 2 of us going in to the dentist in july for some more teeth work expense.

I'll be driving up to Denver around July 4th so I kinda want to have new treads on for that.

They will let in any cars to show. Right when I pulled in they were like do you want to show I was like nah hahaha. But yea my car was dirty and it was pointless. When there is a lambo parked next to your car whos gonna look at it really =D. Even I wouldnt lol.
