I wouldnt mind a grill meet to meet some of the members on here. I think it would be fun just to sit back and chit chat about life and whatever comes to mind. If any of these decides to happen just let me know! I would be down to meet up.

Cars and Coffee is coming up this Saturday with Battle of the IMports following later in the Afternoon out at Ennis. I think a few Azine members are going to attend the C/C event. I know I will definitely be there...Water is a must!

Welp, there is a GTG tonight, and Wednesday tomorrow & of course, I have decided to go to only one. I do want to see what tonight's all about, but the guy to fix the window isn't here, so it may not be likely. Plus, the car's going to look silly without its tint which I can get done tomorrow morning.

Car also needs a wash, & will have it by Saturday. Friggin' spiders love the TL.

Its an enthusiast gathering...Cars ranging from classics to exotics. The first meet was a success I am definitely going again. It is also a fundraiser for charity. Thats what the coffee is for haha its free but technically they are taking donations. Here are some pics I took if I havent posted them in here from the first Cars and Coffee in Dallas. its also at 6:30-10:00 AM to beat the texas heat.

Of course. I might just show just for the hell of it...Its just an acura TL if there is a showing lol...If not I will just park in spectator parking. The event was pretty big so they are expanding the lots to accomodate more. they will let you show anything in there =D.

My buddy went on the last drive with him...I rem. hearing something about 140mph in that car with wife and baby seat intow

That would be a drive more suited for an Acura. Faster roads, less elevation change. Anything over 100 really isn't that much fun in a Miata/S2k.

Def. staying all day this time. Lot of nice cars popped up after I left. Hopefully, won't be too crowded until the end either as I don't think a lot of spectators want to wake up at 6AM for a car show.

I know he went to arkansas with his family one time for a cruise and vacation. Then the next week we did the windmill run up north and there was a miata with us. I did not catch the guys name but he was really cool.

Anyway I will be there around 7am for Cars and Coffee. I was out at the Wednesday night meet today really late...like 11:00 since we were working on a 300zx to get that thing running...well I saw a red CL on chrome...looked like it had an acurazine sticker on the side but I couldnt see too well.

Ah, passenger window all back to normal now after getting some fresh tint at ProTint. Can't use the window til' Sat. though.

Was nice of the shop worker to compliment the exhaust, too.

Need Ya'lls Fingers Crossed!

Just got off the phone with Lockheed for...the dream job for graphic designers. Animation/Design for commercials, mailers, company events, etc...Been after it for a LONG time and I've got my interview setup for Wednesday. It's def. a career move and if I get it, I'll be set monetarily/mentally for potentially the rest of my working life.

GL with the job man.

Just curious for this weekend who is going to C/C in the morning then maybe BOTI afterwards in the afternoon out at Ennis? Get a lil head count to see how many people we have going. I will be attending both most likely.

Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and Ed McMahon all within 24 hours...it always happens in 3's but this was a big 3 to go. RIP! :'(

I had Farrah's poster on my wall in high school in 1977 (came out in 1976).
I loved Michael's Thriller album and yes I had it in vinyl first before recording it to cassette. I remember watching him live on the Motown special and doing the moon walk.
I fell asleep many a night to the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and Ed McMahon. I was fine with Jay Leno taking over but Conan O'Brien, nahhhh, they lost me there.

I was surprised MJ went. Lots of tv stations started tributes for him quick. Man was scary and wierd but he made some good music and could dance.
