@250 your phone will get sold FAST.

You have to remember $299 gets you the phone + 2 year contract.

That's why they sell for much more used.

No 2 year contract with the price. Lots of people dont want to extend their contract 2 years.

That can be controlled with software, but it wouldn't matter which software, because you can't use Apple's apps.

iOS 5 is jailbroken by both dev teams...and in 5 different ways

It will be released shortly, I'm sure of it. (The official release of iOS 5 is on the 12th, so who knows..but it's def ready to go)

Another rumor going around regarding Sprint purchasing all rights to iPhone 5, just like ATT did back in the days for first-gen iPhones. Apparently Spring is spending 20 billion bux on Apple products. Doubt it, but who knows.

All I think iPhone 5 will be is a CDMA phone..that's it... 4S = 5

For a jailbreakme.com PDF hack. I've never gone from a JB version to a newer OS JB version. I'm not sure if all my settings (activator buttons, status bar, bitesms etc) will stay the same.

No Iphone 5 + No Steve Jobs = Failure?

I think people are being overly critical and the hipsters need to chill; even though there are no external changes the internals (dual core chip/camera) are a pretty substantial ugprade.

Of course, a vast number of people who like apple products don't care about the internals and only care about the "shiny appearance" of the latest thing. (aka people like my GF). I'm in the minority (and now on Android) and I actually selected my phone based upon the best specs I could get at the time which was the Atrix.

My gf is still on her 3GS so I'll probably upgrade her to the white 4S next week.
