Well, Seguin looks to be staying on the Boston roster...he's not going onto the Team Canada squad this year.

Supposed to be the weakest draft in years.

So true, Malkin isn't that dirty of a player, especially for how bad he gets run at and knocked around, he does have a temper, but he gets so many liberties taken against him, you can't blame him. He almost never even hits guys on the boards.

You can throw Crosby in to that argument too. Most people can't keep up, so they hook and slash him to slow him down. Hence the "whining"

Not sure. I skimmed through an article in the Sunday Sun and I saw no mention of a consensus #1. That season is quickly upon us with the World Juniors.

And why the surprise at Seguin no going to the WJ's? He didn't make the team last year. He's a bust.

And ...Juniors usually will reveal a player or two as well as the Memorial Cup later on.

Nope! Malkin is a very dirty player. A cheapshot artist of a very high quality.

If you have VOD and HBO, you should be able to watch previews already. I know it's available on FIOS, but I haven't had time to see what it is.

By your math Crosby is still less than half the player that Esa Tikkanen was.

Brian Burke refuses to go on Hockey Night in Canada or on The Fan 590 because he doesn't like what's being said about his team.

Maybe if you didn't run the team into the ground people wouldn't always have negative things to say.

And yeah, it did look like the refs missed the call on Seabrook. Oh well. Hawks seem to be rolling finally...maybe? Please?

The Toronto Maple Leafs will get a big boost to their lineup tonight, as captain Dion Phaneuf returns for the first time since suffering a deep laceration to his left leg against the Ottawa Senators on Nov. 2.
Look for a 28 game win streak with LePhaneuf back in the lineup.

well wtf, what does breaking 6 sticks a game solve? Surprised Burkey hasn't put a stop to it. Just seemed extremely stupid and unprofessional.

It's called truculence.

I tuned in last night just in time to see the Leafs give up a short-handed 2-0 breakaway. Pretty much what i expected to see.

Seriously, was that the first shorthanded 2 on 0 in the history of the NHL? Only the fawkin Leafs can pull that off.

Off Ignore? Get used to more jealous rantings about your M3.

And you should take fdl off ignore too. He's been trying to reach you for awhile.

I bet he has by now. T.O media's been talking about it (since all they talk about is Leafs) so I bet Burke said something to him.

At least it shows he gives a shit. Can't say the same for the rest of those stiffs.
