Definitely excited for the game 7. Hopefully the Pens get a few players back to have close to their regular roster.

Opinions on the goalie interference no goal? Yes he was in the crease but I wasn't sure he really interfered with Anderson. Anderson seemed to fall backwards on his own trying to make a save. It definitely could have gone either way but curious what everyone else saw.

You weren't sure Daley interfered???

Here, watch the slow-mo video in the link below .. You can clearly see Daley take hold of Anderson's skate and
push him to the back of the net

Anderson went down on his own and was already on his backside, the only contact that's made with the skate is when Daley is pushed in by a Sens player. He never "took hold" of his skate

Did anyone else that is not a fan of either of these two teams watch the game and have an opinion? I got exactly what one would expect out of fans of the teams regardless of which one is right or wrong.

As in impartial fan though I thought it was a very close call that could go either way with my personal opinion leaning towards it not being interference.

It depends on if the coin landed on heads or tails, at NHL HQ, when they were reviewing for goaltender interference. That's how they determine if it's a legit goal or not.

Well, here's the rub. Whoever loses Game 7 will blame it on the refs and cheap shots.

That's the written script.

I texted 2 of my buddies and said "5 bucks they over turn it"

At least I won 10 bucks

I kept thinking that the entire game about how Anderson was keeping them in the game. Definitely was a great comeback performance for him after the game 5 mess he made.

Here's an amusing, though completely and utterly meaningless stat for you:

No Pens team in franchise history has EVER won a game 7 at home after losing game 6 on the road.

I believe we should keep traditions alive!

How many times have the Pens team played a game 7 at home after losing game 6 on the road?

The Senators are 0-5 all-time in Game 7s, tying them with the Arizona Coyotes for the worst record in all of North American pro sports.

However, the Penguins are 0-7 in Game 7 at home after losing Game 6 on the road.

It's sure fun not having a dog in the fight.

I'm not a fan of either team and I did not see any goalie interference.

Thanks, underdog.

I don't watch much Sens hockey but Karlsson is impressing me...I just READ in the past he was a liability defensively. Dunno, he looks pretty darn good in his own end to moi.

I see Pittsburgh repeating in 7 games over the Preds.

Sorry, underdog. But, the Sens did good.

Pens were just a little too good. Congrats Pens fans.

The upside is tomorrow will be the last time I go to work with my voice hoarse from

Thank God, no more 1-3-1 neutral zone trap from now on. The entire series was simply awful to watch.
