I really hope we can nab 1 of the top 2 slots. It would create a crazy forward core for at least the next 4-5 years in Colorado. We need a #2 center so really hoping to get Hughes but Kaako wouldn't be a bad consolation prize and he has an awesome name.

Hoping Colorado stays put today and doesn't do anything stupid after the recent 5-1 stretch they have gone on after the dumpster fire the past 2.5 months had been. We are not a contenter or even a playoff team just yet in my opinion.

Starting to lose faith in Bednar as the Avs Coach. We were winning games with a 4th line made up of our best guys from the AHL team. Two regular guys that played during our 6-17-6 skid got health and he sent all three of those guys back down and we start losing again. He has not recalled them.
